HORRIBLE. The tracking numbers are so small on my receipt I have to get a magnifying glass to read them - they should fire the CEO of UPS for this.

I've been dropping packages here for years, and I've never had an issue from any employees here. Have I had issues with UPS? Yes, absolutely. But everyone who has worked here is amiable and has treated me and my shipments with care. UPS, stop ignoring this store. It's understaffed and the equipment is falling apart left and right (not the employee's fault).

The worst UPS ever. Sam Patel that works in that store didn’t want to help to take my fingerprints as it’s properly done in other locations. He let me watch a video I tried many times to roll my fingers to take the fingerprint but it doesn’t work. He said the machine maybe is not working. I spent 45 minutes trying to do it on my own. I went to another location and I was done in 3 minutes. Lazy and unprofessional

I’ve been here 4 times. 2 times, no issues. 2 times, I stood in line for 5-10 minutes only to be told that no notary public was on duty. I asked if it would be possible to hang a sign up to inform customers that no notary was on duty. I was advised to call first. Instead, I will take by business elsewhere. Kind regards.

I visited this store on Sunday. This store needs employees who are willing to do their job. Extremely poor customer service. It seems like employees are there just waiting to go home by rushing customer and not willing to help.Management need to hire people who want to work. I don't like leaving reviews like this unless they deserve it. And they do

Today, I went to this location to send some packages and was treated very bad. As soon as I open the door the employee right away told “we are closed”. I replied, “oh the hours needs to be updated in Google” and the employee replied right away with rude voice “we are closed”. I closed the door and I left to my car. But it’s more. I wait a little on my car and the lady came to the door and was treated the same again. I waited for the lady to be close to my car and asked her if the employee was rude with her too. She said yes and that she told him “ I’m sorry that you are alone”, but he replied “we are closed”. Couple of minutes later the employee closed the store and walked by us We told the is was wrong the way he treated us and we will report it the management. The employee right scream “ I don’t give a f€|^}k, and if you don’t like it , get the f€|^}k out of here”. This behavior is unacceptable when you work with people and provide customer service. This person should not be consider employee , is the reflection and reputation of your business.Very disappointed ☹️

First time in this store, very rude staff. Very unfortunate since I just moved nearby. I was being very kind and friendly hoping that they would change their attitude, but didn't help.

Every time I go up there to have an email printed out I'm always told that they don't have a passcode to get into the computer to print out emails

Have gone in there 4 times I've gone to send a certified letter....1-half way done...sorry, the printer doesn't work for the labels 2- Guy wasn't available who does it (same for a notary I tried once) 3- Girl was new and didn't know how to do it 4- No green paper available, we'll have to order some, sorry. Not only can I never get anything done, I will not be renewing my box with them.

This office is terrible. There is only one guy that is very helpful and that is Samuel. The rest of the staff act like they just don't care. They didn't scan a pkg and now no one where it is. If i had my choice I will never use them again.
