I just want to say a huge thank you to Chris at SmartStop Self Storage! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to show me around, answered every question I had, and really went above and beyond to help me find the right unit. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and knows his job inside and out. The place is super clean, safe, and well kept — but it was Chris’s kindness and professionalism that really stood out to me. I’m so glad I stopped by this location. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show me around the facility, answering every question I had with confidence and detail. I want to thank Regina for helping me get settled into my storage unit. She was wonderful. Great experience overall. Needed a place to store some stuff from a condo we are selling and SmartStop came through. Easy to sign up. Easy to get there and get access. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I rented a small 5x10 storage unit here and was initially charged $40 per month. After only a few months, my rent was suddenly increased to $115 without any warning or clear explanation. I contacted both the local office and their corporate office to dispute such a steep increase for a small unit. While they made a minor adjustment, they soon raised the rent again. In just six months, my rent has gone up multiple times, making this storage facility extremely overpriced and unreliable. I do not recommend renting here due to their unpredictable pricing and poor customer service.

Regina was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. She not only helped me resolve my problem but I observed her help two others, giving them helpful information and insight into managing their units. She gave information instead of having to ask a lot of questions and dig for it. I often see her checking the premises and grounds and everything is clean and orderly when I come. Thank you so much for going above and beyond today to help me!!!
