Been there 3 times rode in my bicycle, never had any problem with their workers , people entitled only because they work there they have to put up with stupidity, parking yes is difficult if you dont like it put a complain to the city they have enough money tonadd more for customers. Communication is the key everywhere if a customer is in a bad mood find the reas9n else where . Simple

Jay was talking over the phone while I was in front of him waiting for my turn.
Jay is terrible. Terrible customer service.
The only good one is the Puerto Rican dude.
I DON'T LET ME START WITH NEYSHA, NEYSHA IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE I EVER WITNESSED IN A MAIL OFFICE, RUDE, GRIN ON HER FACE FROM BEGINNING TO END, NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, I DON'T KNOW HOW THE ALLOW TO WORK PEOPLE SO INCOMPETENT IN THE REGARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOPEFULLY SOON LEAVES, CUASE SHE HATE HER JOB AND HER LIFE ANYWAY.
NEYSHA SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAUSE SHE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Walked in Thursday July 3rd for a passport application. Was treated very professionally. The clerk, Ray, was very knowledgeable and provided expert guidance. I didn't have to wait too long either. I would certainly recommend this location.

Christian helped me put all of my documents together to renew my passport. He was kind and knowledgeable! I was overall surprised at the experience, having had bad experiences at other USPS's. At this one downtown, it was very pleasant.

When I first got in there was 3 people working , line behind me kept growing and despite that two of the people working left leaving one guy and 5 people in line. By the time it was my turn the last employee working - Christian was in an extremely poor mood, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
