They Have an employee named Denise. Apparently when she’s tired of sending off your packages she will start harassing you. She also has a habit of making the line really really long by having people do unnecessary things to their packages.. They really need a whole new staff up there and that poor Manager just let them run all over her I feel sorry for her..

This location is terrible. And it’s not the staff necessarily, they can be nice. But they seem to be severely understaffed, systems have been down for days and they don’t even have an idea of when they might be up again. I’ve never had this many repeated problems at a post office location, like overnighting meds to a roommate and the package didn’t leave this location for days... It’s almost as if the government cares less about this location because of the neighborhood and demographic.

The service is average for a post office, but how many post offices in the Orlando area has so much history and culture showing? The place is well kept up as for an old building. Just be weary that if you want one of these old P.O. Boxes that times to access is limited. That isn’t a concern for me, hence they still get a 5 star from me.

It's very bad service I experienced it was people not helping at all for information or anything else I'm gonna go back there only to know why my mile not deliver to .. and why they return and I want know what happened to my money I pay $ 210 I sent only close nothing not allowed? I will never go back again if only the office open in the world if I can I will give zero 0️⃣ not one star⭐ thank you to let me tell her about my experience with the place

This is the worse us post office ever, don’t rent a mail box in here because you will regret it. They lock the door all time after 5pm and you can’t get your mail on Sunday or Saturday. The place is just disgusting. Moving to rent a mail box for my business somewhere.

Worst phone system setup i have ever heard. My package says it was delivered but it wasn't. They never left the key in ky mailbox to retrieve my package. Now im wondering if its stolen
