In the 8 months of being served by this post office, they have misdelivered 4 packages (3 I tracked down, the other one…who knows) and refused to deliver multiple/large packages to my apartment front porch (100 steps from the communal mailboxes and on the 1st floor) more than once.
When I complained to the Post Master he told me “that’s not our job. we don’t have to deliver packages to apartments or condos”. I asked “what is your job?” to which he replied “we deliver the mail”. I told him when I pay postage I don’t pay for self service!! If they are going to make me go to them to get my packages, I want a cheaper postal rate!!! Worst. Service/Attitude. Ever.
I guess it’s only going to get worse in this new administration 🤦♀️

Weakest group of individuals EVER. Customer service SUCKS. They’ve had my package in their warehouse collecting dust. THEN god forbid you try calling them, they’ll sit there letting the phone ring.

I came at 4:40 and they were closed. What’s your working hours? How people can get the packages if you’re close so early.

Sharp gentleman helped me very quickly. This is not a USPS store. Only go if directed by the official customer office.

This place is trash along with all usps offices. USPS is by far the worst at customer service and that’s why everyone just goes with Amazon

Do not visit this USPS if you want to send mail or drop off a package, as they will not accept it. This is a small post office, and does not have the full retail store. You can only pick up packages, so do not visit this USPS. Instead, visit the other USPS located down the road.

Went to go pickup a package they should have delivered and of course it is closed due to an emergency.. I guess no one wants to work and help customers. Should fire everyone there and get people that do want to work.

One of your employees stole my (package) ticket to EDC and fraudulently used my name to go in! figure out who did that cause i need to report them to the police!!!

Doors locked at 4:40pm so I guess there hours are just a suggestion. They keep raising the price of postage and lowering the quality of experience

This place has the rudest, least professional people I’ve ever met.The guy argued with me about where my mail was - as I’m literally showing him an email that says “this letter should be in this location, at this date” with the address of their building and todays date included.There is a reason UPS and FEDEX outperform USPS in every way imaginable. You can’t trust the government to do anything right.
