What's the point of a location that doesn't have a package drop box?

They lack any commonsense, employees just want to escape any help towards customers, lost packages and no response or refund.Delay in delivery date....

Based on a recent experience I don't recommend this annex USPS, best to go through EBay, UPS or FedEx for anything other than a letter. I sell on EBay once in a while... rushing to get a large envelope in the mail before the holiday weekend I was driving by this annex 15 minutes before closing. The woman at the desk weighed the package and told me $5.35 for first class. Later I called EBay ... they informed me the charge should have been $2.35 for something of that size and weight thru reg. mail. It was an envelope, not a box but she charged me for a Large Package. Basically $3.00 was lost in profit, and while that's not a lot of $ it's the principal that matters here. I was overcharged and when I asked about it I was barked at. In hindsight taking the time to drive elsewhere or ship with another servicewould have been the better choice or better yet, print the EBay label with shipping paid for from home and drop it in a USPS box or via UPS or FedEx.

Cash only but never busy. Staff is always friendly and I have never had an issue here. Honestly prefer this over the regular post office.

It's really wired post service, no scanner, no credit card, no receipts. I dropped off my package on 8/12/2021 and didn't get a receipt since the clerk said that they don't have a scanner to scan the barcode, today is 8/17/2021, when I track it by its tracking number, it shows that they haven't received the package. I filed a case with USPS, they just gave me the same answer "We haven't received your package". Do not use this location for anything.

This is a weird post office. Customer service is awful and they only accept cash, also no receipt to track your package. Something is wrong. I hope my package arrive to its destiny because it’s an expensive package. Government must close this location ASAP.

Awful customer service and that's just the start. They tried charging me almost triple what the rate should be, before finding out they were "a contracted post office" so apparently they're just taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

If 0 stars were possible ... that's where this would be. A USPS carrier just drove by my business at 9:11 today to drop off an Amazon package: (tracking # 9361289747009035872280) and a) did not put it in the parcel drop, and b) lied and said we were not open. #despicable #liarWe are open every day of the week from 7:30A to 9:00P and had the door WIDE OPEN when they drove by. #despicable #lazyI will avoid using the USPS going forward. I am disgusted by this encounter. #nointegrity

This location offers limited services. I had a scan code for returning packages and they don’t have a scanner. They also only take cash so be warned before visiting.

A post office that doesn't accept credit cards or have a machine for creating postage. This is barely even a post office.
