My experience with the post office at 6301 Hazelline National Dr, Orlando Fl. The employer who took my call went above her duties to correct a problem made by another facility. With her consistent help, I was able to get my package to its destination. Thankful for her service

I had to give this review an edit. Yesterday I had a package that was so called "delivered" and when I went to check my box it wasn't there. I was able to catch up with the driver since she was in my neighborhood and explain that a package was delivered today and I didn't get it. Instead of trying to hear me out and show her my confirmation email, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to give me any sort of attention and try and troubleshoot. I was disregarded.I typically have the same driver and he is outstanding! Whenever I have a package he is kind enough to bring it to my front door. I had a different driver this time around and the package was delivered to another box.I was able to touch base today and explain the situation and the front desk staff was not only polite but helpful. They were able to connect with my driver and he would take this as a priority. Fast forward a few hours later, he was able to retrieve my package from the box that it didn't belong to and brought it to my front door.I am extremely grateful for the USPS taking the time to correct this error and be able to bring something that was meaningful. Thank you so much!

Every time I call the phone rings off the hook! This is unacceptable and unprofessional especially when it's during business hours. Poorly run is an understatement. Carriers can't do their simple job of efficiently delivering items. No wonder this p.o. has lowest ratings and if I could I'd give a 0 rating!

There’s a woman who works there that’s extremely RUDE ..there was a veteran who came here and needed help changing his address and she didn’t bother trying to help basically brushed him off and raised her voice like he was some type of child he let her know he had PTSD and she took it as he was threatening her..no he was letting you know he has PTSD which isn’t something to joke about or take lightly he asked for help and tried to understand her but she was rude and unprofessional if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD

Very disappointed with their service. I was expecting a package and for the first time ever the mailman failed me. It seems as if he put it in the wrong mailbox then after I made a claim for the missing package he made up a story saying it was delivered. But in all honesty, it was not delivered to my mailbox. I should know, I was here that day. He made a mistake, and of course, the USPS will believe him rather than the customer. Wow! amazing, huh! Shame on that mailman, sheesh! I lost money on that package order.

Postman put the parcel key in my mailbox but when I went to open the parcel box my package wasn't in there it was completely empty. Now I'm finding it impossible to try and locate it. 0/10 terrible

29 yrs I had a box at this station. Every year they give me a notice I paid it. This year they said they were behind on notices, but because I didn't renew on time they want $25.00 extra to reopen the box. They screw up and want me to pay the penalty. Filed a complaint and got nowhere. Supervisor had attitude of take it or leave it. No wonder they are loosing money and having to raise fees with such lousy service. Lost my yearly fee
