OYE! Today's visit was quick and easy, and there were no lines in/ out. The post office worker was friendly and pleasant. The last time I was there was a problem with a staff member, thinking I was someone else mailing an improperly packed box... He gave no apologies. That is why you guys get this rating.

I came to this post office after hours to drop off a very important letter. When I placed it into the drop slot, I noticed it didn't land in the bin but seemed to fall somewhere out of sight-possibly on the floor. Concerned that it might not get properly collected, I saw a worker inside (who appeared to be a manager) and politely knocked on the door just to ask if they could check and make sure it made it into the bin.
Instead of helping, the employee waved me off multiple times and shook her head, clearly indicating she had no intention of assisting. She then came over, locked the doors in front of me, and continued to shake her head in dismissal without saying a word.
I completely understand it was after hours, but the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism was shocking- especially when all I wanted was a quick confirmation that my letter wouldn't be lost. This was a time-sensitive and important piece of mail, and the lack of basic courtesy and care was extremely disappointing.

Rude. Asked for a pen to write address, gave me a barely working pen, tried to write for 2 minutes, asked for another and dude made a couple scratches and was like, “use it, it works. Look.” Zero stars if possible.

They definitely messed up my shipment. This was done within their system. The company that I ordered from had the tracking number attached to my order and my address was correct. The moment it became in the hands of this location there was an issue and the the supposed supervisor Jose called me very rude over the phone doesn't let me talk. Even when a customer is frustrated. You're supposed to let a customer talk. That's the beauty of customer service and neither him or Jose had any type of customer service. They shouldn't be working there. I got hung up three times. I literally told them on the third call. I didn't want to continue on the call because they had the audacity to take. Tell me I'm taking it way over the top by assuming that someone did steal my package because that is exactly what I'm assuming. How was my address going to change to that's being changed to some random address and then they don't want to do anything about it. They just want to brush it off according to what they see. I am big on customer service. I'm an account manager myself. I will be pursuing this to the better Business bureau I will be pushing this forward because that is not how you treat a customer when the shipments that we put through the post office is what got them hired and with a job in the first place.

Good service and fast, but there were no forms at hand, not easily accessible for ADA . I had a hard time doing my transaction.

I had great service at this location. They even had the stamps I wanted lol. However I want to recognize one person in particular, Kerel, this gentleman was so kind to me and patient! He went above and beyond when it came to dealing with my shipment. I truly appreciate him for this. It made my day 🥰

Totally get workers are over worked. But if you can avoid this location please do. when I went 3 people went off on the employes including myself when asking for help. i asked when I could come back when it wasn’t busy since lady did not want to look my packet and she told me not to come back when its closing. AWFUL SERVICE

Lost my package december and was never refund to me! SUPERVISOR was saying they cant handle me an aplicatuon for refund ...on line services never reach me for my concerns...was told me they dont have respo sibilitiee to box dropped in THEIR droppod off container after hours..i went there first they blamed the other location saying they are the ones respo sible for the package and there they were saying my package was in this location on december and while i was in this office on 32811 i had to hear excuses like theres no guarantee for the packages dropped after hours..? Even insinuating they cant proof if i have ever dorpped the package... Really? Video will proof i did but guess what? I have to do a police report....what a mess location running by bad supervisors. Conclusion USPS should call in this Location BSBS .

Lourdes is the best! I called to see why my package says delivered and it wasn’t in my mail box, she said she’ll call the courier and a couple hours later she called and said she was able to locate my package and have them deliver it to my box! S/O to her for helping me even if it was a Saturday and they have shorter hours than a regular day!

This location is awful. Self service drop off is always full, line is always to the door, workers move slower than slugs, and the customer service is poor. I stood in line to try and be courteous and drop off a large package because the self service was full, and they told me I could just leave it on the counter so I can avoid waiting in line unnecessarily. Followed their advice next time and they gave the dirtiest looks. You can't win here. Go to the next closest location, it may be a drive but you'll have better confidence in how your packages were handled.
