My package did not arrive at my address due to my mistake. I had considered it lost. I went to this office and a very kind guy looked for it in the office mailbox and there it was, very grateful.

Phone is left unresponsive. Trying to get help with a missing package, as just today they attempted to deliver one but they're nowhere to be found. No notice was left, even though it says they did, and I can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue.Update 11/16/23You guys are still the worst. So many packages marked undeliverable or no safe location available when we use lockers to deliver and you make zero attempts at actually delivering these items at apartments. I know these boxes fit in the damn locker, man. The worst postal service I've ever had to deal with.

Good afternoon I usually come to this post office for years and I usually get great service from all the employees there. I came to get some mail that was being held and the African American gentleman my apologies I do not remember his name he is always so nice and gives me the upmost respect stated that I had to show identification in order to receive the mail which I didn’t have any problem providing. However, because of the type of mail it was my identification wasn’t sufficient which was fine. He told me he would redirect me to his manager, so he could tell me what was needed to be brought in and who it was needed to be brought in by. I was still being nice and I don’t know if the manager was having a bad day, I couldn’t even get his name he was an older tall Caucasian or Hispanic man with grey hair. He was telling me what was needed with an attitude, and he was saying it so fast that I Couldn’t even grasp exactly what he said. And I was asking him to repeat himself, and he just grabbed the Mail, and started to walk away as he started to repeat himself with an attitude. I work in customer service in a service bureau every day and I do come across clients that are rude and clients that are nice. I did not have an attitude when I came in I treated everybody with respect, and I was very nice to him even given the fact that he was being rude to me. And I just would really appreciate if he had a better attitude towards me and actually help me, so that I can make sure I had the proper documentation to come in next time, but apparently, something may have happened to him. Nevertheless, it made me feel a certain kind of way and I was just confused and a little disappointed. But at the end of the day, a job is a job you have to separate personal from business and you have to do your job just as I would do my job for my clients. I would expect others to do the same but not everybody has that level of maturity unfortunately.Also, what makes it even worse was the employee had to apologize for his attitude, so he knew how he was speaking was wrong.I just wanted to give this review to shed some light on the situation. Hopefully he can have a better day or days to come. But I really did not appreciate how I was treated at this location today by that manager.

Rose was excellent, very upbeat and pleasant. Handled my QR codes quickly and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will be back .

Gentleman that waited on the gentleman that waited on me was very good had to get a package out a card out and ordered stamps he was great can't remember his name but a nice man

People that work here are rude and with 0 goodwill… They could leave their jobs and give opportunity for people who want to work and be useful

Across the board the best service in the country ,I do recommend it also international service......at the same time is cheaper than any mailing services no matter what........plus they have employees with good attitude it seems to me they love their job...................

Terrible, just terrible. Called to get info and the phone number don’t work. So I called the 1800 number and the manager told me that the office don’t answer calls, only the customer service call center does. Which don’t make sense at all because why does the website have a phone number if you don’t answer the phone? I was calling to get some information from a specific location because the customer service call center told me different information numerous times and I don’t want to go back and forth to the post office because I was misinformed. A simple process made difficult

Mr. Hanna our mail man is a great professional.Delivering to our addresses with good or bad weather but always a kindly smiling person!I’m proud of USPS to have Mr Hanna and also thousands of employees doing their best efforts to ensure we receive what we are expecting!

This is by far the worst, I have had packages never delivered and then it saids that my packages are in mailbox which never were.They should Audit them more often they are a bunch of unreliable workers.

Kyle was refusing to give me a package that was held by customer request- except I didn't request to hold for pick up. -- after I started recording KYLE and enlightened him on the law 18 U.S. Code § 1703 - Delay or destruction of mail or newspapersThe mail carrier signed (forged) my signature a few weeks ago and left a package at the door The ring camera records the postman signing my name and leaving the package- I filed it complaint and now my mail is being stolen, delayed and damaged. Unknown to the postmaster there is a button camera, fiber optic camera and a trail camera catching the whole process Then there's RFID tags on the mail that's missing after pick upNo worries- the Higher Ups will deal with them Want a copy of the videos let me know

They didn’t deliver my package. They gave me 3 different excuses. I called 12 times with no answer, they picked up once and hung up.

I rent a mailbox for 3 1/2 years now. Good service for me. Always get a notice if something comes too big for the box. Just have to go in lobby and show notice and I will get my package (like 4 days ago and was thanked). Like the machine where I can buy the number of stamps I do need

If you have a bad experience at this post office you should ask yourself what YOU DID wrong. I have been using this location for a very long time. They are buy far the freindliest most effcient post office in the area. I was there this morning Regina met me with a smile helped me and I was ot the door. Last week the line was about ten deep and I was in and out in no time.

Supervisor was rude and unhelpful. Did not want to be bothered with questions or concerns. Completely not needed. Will be reporting them up the chain.
