Been coming here for the last year since moving into the neighborhood and have had nothing but wonderful experiences.
Automated checkin scanner for drop offs is easy to use and faster than before. Staff is friendly and there to help.
The people leaving bad reviews are those who love to complain and can’t handle being in lines or dealing with their own issues like normal humans.
TLDR;
staff = great
customers = horrible

Do not give a tape for free, even if you need 5 inches for your package, they give you an option to buy it. No body wanna help you. That’s so weird, tape always was for free!

I was told by a new ckerk at this location yesterday that we can no longer bring more then 5 packages at the counter to be processed for tracking. To use the kiosk, what kind of policy is that. She wasn't that pleasant to talk to.

Wasted over an hour driving there to get a passport for my child. An appointment was scheduled, they didn’t have the staff to do it apparently. No communication or email about the cancellation.

Staff is nice and helpful. Location has a self-serve kiosk and a parcel drop-off mailbox. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the doors get locked at 7pm thus limiting access to the self-serve kios, parcel mailbox and PO boxes.

I was not sure about coming to this location bc of the star reviews. Bill was very nice and informative on what we need to do for our new keys/mailbox. Even told us what we need to do for future purposes.

They took out the self service kiosk and replaced with a barcode scanner. So their level of service DECREASED. We need Trump back in 2024 to gut the USPS which is abysmal.
