Great service! Friendly and patient staff... Passport appointment went awesome, nice and smooth process. Bill was amazing! Thank you for such a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly and each customer was greeted with love. Look forward to using this location again in the future.

I wish I can give “0” stars and that this and all the other comments matter… It don’t matter what ratings the post office get, the fact is, we need the post office. It’s unfortunate that I read these other reviews and see that there are people that went through the same thing that I am currently going through years, months, weeks, ago. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a package delivered from these ppl to my door. You guy’s are already paid for being used as a carrier and it’s sad that people are hired to do a job, lift over 75 pounds and still are lazy and can’t do their job. I have reached out to internal affairs about this situation and there is a case open on this office. Y’all are a bunch of lazy individuals at this post office and I’m going to do everything I can to make sure I’m heard and consumers know about it!

I mostly received good service. However, I was so disappointed this week. I went to do a certified mail on November 08. I found out that my debit card was charged 3 times. I went on Saturday, but they were closed. I came back on Monday and I talked to a lady that called her Supervisor. The supervisor asked me to come tomorrow because he couldn’t do nothing. I came back and talk to someone else who told me he checked and the transaction has been done once even I have shown the 3 transactions on my phone ($8.56). Hahaha! They did trust me. Why? You just have to get my information, investigate if you want and return my money back to my account. He went inside and came back. He gave me a paper to sign and gave back to me. I should not have to go twice for a simple thing. I will never swipe my card more than once when any cashier asked me to do it because she said (the mail lady) the computer need to be reboot. I am very sure after the reboot the 2 first receipts were printed.

Giving 1 star because Mr.Alvin was absolutely pleasant and patient with me. BUT, the service of the carriers and the main office are absolutely horrible in the 32810 area. I didn't request for my mail to be sent anywhere other than my address, but it said requested by customer. I am so frustrated, something has to be done. Its either the distribution center or the carriers themselves doing this foolery.

Lost mail again. This time with antique papers. Mailed the 7th still not seen it.Constantly getting other people's at home box. Oh and try and get to PO box almost impossible since the doors are locked. They raised the prices and you can't get to boxes. Lower the prices and get better service back.

The postal workers doing delivery out of this office are absolutely terrible at their job. My father's ashes were overnighted from a funeral home in another state. It was clearly marked. I had people waiting at home to sign, sitting in the living room, no TV on. All I received was a note in the door. No one knocked or rang the bell. They could clearly see what the package was as its marked "Human Remains". Now something that was already tough to deal with has become worse because I have no idea where my dad's ashes currently are. Whoever didn't even attempt to deliver the package should lose their job.

At this point, several years worth of low ratings and negative reviews have accumulated and nothing has changed, nor have any customers had their concerns addressed either. There's obviously zero accountability for these people who have mismanaged the postal service towards it's current appalling state.
