This post office sucks, every time I order something from Amazon they mark my address as "vacant" and never deliver anything. Lazy people work here. They refuse to deliver anything. I haven't even gotten my mail in months. I hope someone somewhere reads this and reprimands them for this. If I could give negative starts I would. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service too. When I have to come in to pick something up I always get an attitude from them. If you didn't wanna be in this line of work you shouldn't have taken the job.

Liars. They say they attempted the delivery but they never do. Happened multiple times. Nobody available to resolve this complaint. Frustrating. Never doing business again with USPS.

Great service here... the staff is great.. if the building has a better way to drop off packages without waiting in line or cutting in line.. everyone would be much happier and the lobby s would not be so crowded all the time. Thanks usps!
Update 2025 Jan 1st
Obviously, you can't count on the Post Office to post its correct hours. They were closed today, yet online says they are open.. why not just pay me like $12000 a year? And I'll use AI to make sure all the information on all of your locations across the entire United States are correct. If that's how stupid and cheap it could be to do that.. seems like a no brainer.

what’s the point in having a business if your never going to answer the phones! you will never get to speak to someone . i can’t even get help from a person here regarding a missing package! it’s ridiculous why even have a phone number if you won’t ever answer it! if your too busy hire more people for phones

My experience was very bad, I had already gone and asked and the person spoke to me in Spanish, then I went another day and the same person had already forgotten the language and his treatment was worse. He told me in English that no one spoke Spanish there and so I had no help.

I had previously requested for temporary auto-forwarding from my apartment address to the PO Box because of the lack of access to the mailboxes at my apartment on 11/1/24. I went to the Pine Castle Post Office (zip 32809) on 11/1/24 to fill the Official Change/Correction to Mail Forwarding Change of Address Order. Unfortunately the local post office who processed my change of address (to allow auto forwarding) put my street number and apartment abbreviation incorrectly on the old address. As a result, I have received none of the mail from my old address to my new PO Box.
When I sent to USPS Pine Castle Post Office (zip 32809) on 11/30/24 at 10:42am (eastern time), I was requesting information from the USPS representative of why my old address was entered incorrectly in the change of request form when I received confirmation on change of request address. The USPS representative only told me I had to fill out another official change/correction to mail forwarding change. I asked that the local post office to correct this issue because the local post office made an error in entering my old address into the system. I asked why I was being forced to fill another change request of address for their error. The representative at the counter told me that the system was automated and they had no control over the change request. This is an obvious lie, because I looked at the official change form, it requires a local USPS employee to initial the form, and process the confirmation on the change of address. The local post office is to enter the new change of address in their system and also keep a copy of that official change card in their local post office. But instead of correcting the change of request, the USPS representative later told me I should just change my address with all my institution directly. The reason why I am filling out an autoforwarding form (change of address) is so I don’t need to do that, because I don’t have enough time to contact all my institutions.
I requested elevation to a manager, but things didn’t get better from there. The manager did not know what was going on and did not investigate what happened after I told him about the incorrect old address. He told me how confident I was that I entered the form correctly with the right address. I told him that I checked it before handing it to the representative for processing and said I’m pretty confident. He said ‘pretty confident’ as not enough, and is basically laying blame on the customer rather than his employees for making the mistake. The form requires a local USPS employee to initial the change of address form to confirm the address, and the USPS representative even scanned my driver’s license with a scan gun on that day (11/1/24) of processing the form. Instead of taking accountability for the local post office mistake, the manager told me that I should clearly write the address on the form next time. He told me that I needed to fill out another request form, but I asked why he wasn’t correcting this and instead telling me I had to fill a correction of old address because of the post office’s error? He told me rudely ‘Do you want to get your mail or not? The one way is to fill out this form, because USPS cannot fill the form.’ This is abdicating his responsibility and telling another lie, the form does not require that it has to be filled out by the customer, it is initialized by the USPS employee to confirm the requested change of address is correct. It is the responsibility of the USPS employee to correctly verify the person’s new and old address as well as enter this change of request in the USPS system.

I definitely do not recommend it at all. The staff is very rude, intolerant and ignores people who are waiting for them to serve them while the workers are on their phone.

called me to come pick up a package told me I had ten days , then when i arrived the supervisor took my ID left in the back for 10 minutes helping with somebody else when I asked the next person for assistance I was told to wait. Supervisor comes back after the ten minutes laughing and joking with another man and asked me for my tracking number after thirty minutes of waiting I was told my package was sent back to sender.

Horrible, they say they came to my house and it wasn't like that, there are already 4 packages that they don't deliver to me, it's the worst experience, they say they left a notice on my door and it was a lie, they didn't even try to deliver my package, a total disaster.
