Horrible queues of people waiting 20 minutes to pick up a package that was not delivered to me due to their mistake. Just a terrible company and place

First off I live less than a mile away and I WILL NOT use this so called Post Office..With that being send it’s not the folks behind the counter but starts with the stupid clientele. Have you never been to a post office before. They’re surprise they have to packaged their own but the help allows them to play that game and allows them to put it together at the counter. Other PO’s won’t wait on you unless your package is ready to ship. Then surprised that their 20 lb 11x15x15 box will cost $30+…this section must lead the country with problems pertaining to missing mail and the like… then you get a guy who has a receipt from the postman saying to pickup the item at this post office…they’re gone 20 minutes looking for the thing because that mail wasn’t properly distributed yet..it’s 1 pm !! Folks it’s a pleasure to go to Azalea Park office.. I even go to the Jetport office…anything is better than Curry Ford…

2016Good service. Friendly staff2024It's been 8 years since we moved to this area and started going to this post office.Of course, there are queues here, especially when before the holidays everyone needs to send packages and gifts at once. If three operators are working at once, then things go quickly. The postal manager just needs to make sure there isn’t a long queue. Install a television camera or borrow experience from the ALDI store. And you will succeed. After all, the staff is qualified and friendly, it is always a pleasure to deal with them.Thank you!

I would suggest getting a mailbox somewhere else. I had opened up a mailbox here at the beginning of the month and got my keys. When I came to come check my mail the back of my mailbox was closed and considered to be closed out when I went to ask what was going on with it the lady tried to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t pay a bill and they closed out my mailbox to which I corrected her that I had just opened up this mailbox Not only was I blamed for them closing out my mailbox. I was also blamed for the loss of a package and mail and told to wait there until tomorrow morning for them to locate it. I don’t know how it is my fault that my newly purchased mailbox was closed out and covered and how it was my fault that they lost my mail due to this, but the fact that I didn’t even get a sorry we made a mistake. Just attitude and blame shows me that this place is a POS and has soon has my renewal day comes. I am switching places because I should not have to deal with such arrogance, redundant and rudeness.

I've been to this post office numerous times in hopes of a different result. However, the outcome is still the same. They're very limited in what they can do. They cannot print labels, they cannot give you a receipt when you drop off a package for tracking. On top of everything, their customer service is terrible. They're extremely rude.

Web pages are good but I wish every business that has a web page post the hours for a seven day week. Not just open and close times for that day. You can't even call any business and ask.

I stopped by on Sunday, 12-17-23, after buying a few things at Goodwill. Had hoped I'd be able to mail the items purchased. There were plenty of priority mail boxes; unfortunately, there was no machine that would let me pay for postage. An employee, a guy, just happened to be walking out while I was debating on what to do. I asked him about a postage machine or if he knew of a post office nearby where postage could be bought. He said he hadn't seen one of those machines in a long time & he didn't know where I could find one. I was flying home without a lot of extra space. Please get a postage machine.

Amazing how after I already paid postage, drove all the way here AND waited in line just to be told "we can't print your label here" like I understand certain rules and regulations but when I go to Fedex or UPS this is NEVER an issue and everything is scanned right off my phone and taken care of by them. I will never be using this postal service again considering the lack of care they seem to have for their customers and the rudeness of their employees. It's actually maniacal to me that a POST OFFICE can't print a damn label for you. Get real...
