I rarely visit the post office, but today I had to return a package and was truly impressed by the phenomenal service I received from Lucy. Even though there was a line, she noticed I needed help and kindly picked me out to assist right away. Lucy didn’t just process my return she walked me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She made what could have been a stressful errand quick and easy. Employees like Lucy make all the difference. She was amazing and truly deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

We did our fingerprints and the lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. I forgot her name at this point but I am very thankful.

This is not my first disappointing experience at this USPS location, but I was hoping things would be different this time. I came early in the morning at 8:45 AM, the parking lot was almost empty, and there were only two people ahead of me in line. Despite that, I ended up standing in line for over 30 minutes without moving.
There was only one person working at the front desk, assisting a single customer who had a large number of packages. Even after that customer left, the associate continued working on those packages instead of addressing the line of waiting customers. Meanwhile, other staff members were visible in the background, fully aware of the growing line, yet no one stepped in to help.
One employee came to the front desk multiple times, but only to drop off items, clean her glasses, and walk away, paying no attention to the line of customers that was now stretching to the entrance door. The lack of urgency and customer service is truly frustrating.
Given that this has been a consistent issue at this location, it's clear that management needs to seriously reevaluate how this store operates. Customers deserve efficient service, especially when they make the effort to arrive early and still face unreasonable wait times.

Lines are terribly long for only three registers, but only one to two employees working them, for the most part. You’d think with the massive population growth, they’d tear this place down and build a much larger one, but oh wait, it’s the federal government, never mind.

I’ve been to many post offices in Orlando. This location is by far the worst. As soon you walk in you see how run-down it is, a whole bunch of ceiling panels missing and what looks like mold all over the ceiling and everything’s a mess. Air conditioning doesn’t work it feels like a sauna. And the 3 employees at the counter are sloths who take forever and sit there talking nonsense despite a huge line. You’re better off driving to the destination of your package

The worst customer service ever in my life!!! These people get paid from our tax money. And this is what we get shitty customer service. And they think they’re doing a favor for us. They’re not doing any favor. This place needs to shut down. Very bad ….

Worst post office. 1 counter open at the busiest out of 3. This office needs to expand with the population growth in the area.

Waited the full 10 days for our mail key (with mail already delivered to our box with no way of retrieving it) only for Weisman or whatever his name is to tell us that because of a one day holiday it took longer and he made a note to have us called when it was ready. Nobody called. We go back in after 5 days and our keys are there with the note . Finally get to the mail box and there’s a note from USPS saying that the box was full and all our stuff has been brought back to the post office..that we just went to…. So now we have to go back. Mind you we already asked them to bring it to the post office to be picked up till we get our key and they said they couldn’t do that. Rude staff, unorganized, dirty , etc. They’ll do anything else but help the people in the long line, just watching it get longer. Try to avoid this place if you can.

10 people in line, two leave, and 1 person operating 1 of 3 registers. Why allow this business to even operate when it’s obvious they couldn’t care less?

This location has to be the worst Post Office in all of Florida. Every time I go there, there is a long line that starts back past the entrance door. Employees dont care about the line
