This is the worst company to choose when having your packaged shipped. Hands down if you want your package to take months choose them. Nothing comes on time or remotely close to the estimated arrival time

I’ve come to this location twice now, once for a passport appointment and this time to ship a package since they were the nearest location open past 6pm on a Saturday. I have had great experiences with their customer service and Arturo went out of his way to help me with an issue with my prepaid package label. Thanks for all the hard work! Will definitely be making this my main post office even though it is a bit further out.

I stopped by this morning to drop off some packages and ended up having to go back. Both times, the employees were extremely helpful, kind, and such a pleasure to interact with. The staff here are always so happy, bubbly, and welcoming—it truly makes visiting this location enjoyable every time. Excellent service as always!

The two bald guys that work here are very rude, almost like male Karen’s. Especially the one that wears a mask. They should be there offering help but it seems like they are forced to be there. For example, I ask the bald guy with glasses/ mask for a simple piece of tape, nothing big, not the whole roll, just one little piece. He responded with a full on lecture on how nothing in the world is free and I should come in prepared to buy anything I use in the post office, which I can see if I needed a full roll of tape. It should be a courtesy thing, they CLEARLY have plenty of rolls laying around already used that I could visibly observe, what’s the issue giving a customer one line of tape?. Not that I asked to be lectured and I definitely have my own tape, just forgot to seal the front of the box. The other bald guy that sits in the back right corner is just lazy, acts like he can’t lift a finger to work. I brought in all the necessary things to ship, as I usually ship often and he just flat out acted like he didnt want to help me at all. He was finding any and every excuse to not help me, even recommended I go to FedEx for better assistance. Horrible attitudes, unnecessary comments and lectures. I’ve never been to a post office that lectures their customers? You guys are supposed to be there to help. Do not recommended going to this USPS unless those two bald guys aren’t there.

I visited the USPS location at the Orlando International Airport today to drop off packages using a QR code provided by eBay, as instructed. When I arrived, the employee named Ray informed me that the QR scanner was not working and that their system was down. He attempted to scan it but couldn’t get it to work.
Instead of offering any real solution, I was told to go to a CVS to purchase a shipping label and then return to ship the package. This is completely unacceptable — not only did I waste valuable time, but when I asked for a manager or a corporate number to voice my concern, Ray simply shrugged it off and said they wouldn’t be able to help me.
If the system is down and others are experiencing the same issue, wouldn’t that be something corporate or management should be made aware of?
This lack of accountability and customer care is extremely frustrating. I will be taking my business to FedEx or UPS moving forward. I do not recommend using USPS or this location — very unhelpful, inefficient, and dismissive.

Arturo was wonderful in helping us obtain passports for our kids. He was friendly and patient. Recommend this location for passports.

Fast services; clean, cool, well kept lobby. Magnificent customer service, specially Ms. Madeline. Mrs Madeline is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help customers. Also, office staff are team players. It benefits process quality and service flow. 👏👏👏 It looks that station manager is doing a good job in the front end.👏👏🤳

I went in for passport services as a walk in. I had all my paperwork and photos ready to go. However, they wouldn’t see me because it was appointment only even though the website didn’t say that. They even said “you can’t trust the website.” Huh?
My issue was not being able to submit my paperwork but the absolute lack of empathy from all of the people there. There was never an apology for the misunderstanding and they were downright rude. Instead of apologizing, the passport lady jumped on her computer to prove we were lying about what was on the website. You can tell she is absolutely miserable working there.

Terrible service!!! No update on tracking, call agents and they don't know where the package is, pay for priority order and it takes almost a week to arrive, rude employees, worst postal company in the US, terrible

Has to be the worst USPS location in Orlando. It’s insane for such a high traffic location to be so outdated and understaffed. Much smaller locations have atleast 3 self service kiosks and this huge location only has 1. The line inside can take up to 30 minutes at times cause there’s rarely more than 2 cashiers at once. The workers in the back that are responsible for putting big carts out for customers never have them ready and the workers are no where to be found most of the time. If you’re dropping off bulk it’s an absolute nightmare at this location.

Don't know why the hours weren't showing on Google but I added them back on! This place is a life saver when you need to get something mailed after 12 noon on a Saturday! Open until 8 p.m. every day except sunday when they close at 4 p.m. I have always had gracious service and never wait. I've turned my taxes in at this location. Almost every year before I started doing e-file.
