Once again, another package sent to me by registered mail has not been received and considered by the post office as missing. Tracking number has it marked as out for delivery. This time, I received a slip in my door to sign, but it was already signed electronically and was supposed to have been placed in the package locker in the mail room in my community. Instead, it's been rerouted back through the system which takes 3 business days. Still, after all this time, no package. It's lost in the system.
This is the third time it's happened in a year and the people at this post office just shrug their shoulders and say they don't know why. I predict it's internal theft. In reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I've filed complaints with the post master but over the course of a year, no changes have happened and the same people are still there in charge.
Fourth time, eyeglasses were sent by USPS and did not show up, package missing or lost. A formal complaint and the glasses were delivered 2 days later. How does this happen? The eyeglass company did not send a replacement, the box just showed up unexpectedly. Makes you wonder.

In and out in no time when I use this place, If you go after 4:30. For passports I recommend using the website and make your appt. easy.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Lucy. She was very unprofessional and rude. She offered zero assistance and left me standing at the window for over 10 minutes claiming she had called a supervisor, which was clearly untrue. She definitely made no effort to update me or resolve the situation. Her attitude made it obvious that she dislikes her job, and unfortunately, that lack of care shows in the way she treats customers! Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Thankfully, Phillip, the officer next to her window, saw everything and immediately offered to help. He was respectful, professional, and kind. Handling everything I needed quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Phillip, for your outstanding service!

My receipt says “Clerk number 12” so I will address him as such. Today at 4 PM EST a Black man with a bald or low haircut…I can’t remember (Clerk 12) gave me so much unwarranted attitude. He kept speaking to me as if I was slow when all I was trying to do was be my typical helpful self. He even said I looked “nervous” and “is this your first time” I felt so profiled by this man I have never seen him at this location before. I never had a problem at this location until now. Which is why I am writing this review minutes after leaving.

The first package I shipped was returned to me without any reason provided.
There was no error in the shipping address or weight, so I simply re-shipped the exact same package using a new label with identical information—and it was delivered successfully without any issues.
This proves that the original shipping label was not the problem.
I contacted USPS multiple times because I just wanted to know the reason for the return. But every response I received was something like “I'm sorry your package is delayed,” which clearly shows they didn't even read my message.
My package was not delayed—it was returned. I was only asking for a simple explanation, but no one could give me a proper answer.
I have a hearing disability, and I repeatedly asked for replies by email—not by phone.
Despite this, they kept calling me and even sent emails saying “To solve this problem, call this number,” which was extremely frustrating.
I asked a family member to call the number for me, but no one ever answered.
On top of that, there have been many times when packages I shipped at this location were not scanned for over a week and just sat there without any movement.
I always remind them to scan my packages upon pick-up, but nothing has improved.
When I use other USPS locations, they always scan my packages immediately and I’ve never had any problems.
Based on my experience, the problem clearly stems from this location.

Pathetic service when it comes to passport services. Only opens for 1 hour twice a week and is a turn up and queue system, twice I’ve been turned away when the line is full as they only serve 8 people! And I’ve turned up half hour early each time
And never answer the phone to check how many people there

Damn it, if you're not accepting walk-in passport services, then just shut the whole thing down. What's the point of listing hours and days? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2:30 to 3:30 — for what? You get there and they just say 'no more'. How can there be 'no more' if you're not doing anything in the first place? I drove around Orlando four damn times and all I ran into was useless crap

This place is consistently losing my packages. Every time I go in person to try and get the issue resolved, they just say what I want to hear so that I stop complaining. Stop bothering with this place and go through UPS / FedEx.

I drove 45 minutes to walk there and no system I wanted to close my PO box and give back the keys as a good citizenship but the manager was extremely rude size they said they were put system I asked could call me back when the system worked and when I try to ask if I don't come back to close the Po box since I already have on another location he keep repeat what he was saying interrupting my question and walked always TERRIBLE MANAGER DISGUSTING PERSON
