This place is a mess. Hardly any of the usps flat rate packaging or other materials available to customers are ever stocked. Wait times are always very long. Self service machine takes forever to work when it actually does work. Also the package drop off is constantly getting clogged and won’t accept anymore packages.

They should really check they employees and repeat a training to them, how they tell me one thing to do, and after doing it is other thing? That just fell wasting my time. They really need to fire all those ladies, or given them a hard training. Because that's bad for them

Reviews don’t lie. Place is decrepit and there were only two workers working, making the queue back up a lot. Signs also say to pickup a package in one area, but then was told to go to another. Ian was nice.

I have an passport appointment today Friday 02/02/2024 a 10:30 when I get there was no one at the passport door I been waiting for 30 minutes no one comes I asked the lady in the front she said no one is there I asked her again if they work or not she said I don't know ? that soo bad and the passport was for my new born child , I been waiting for 4 weeks fo that appointment in the end nothing .

This is the worst post office! Made it to the window to mail priority mail. Had everything ready. When I got to the window I needed to fill out the address which took all of two seconds. The person behind the counter asked me to stand on the side while she takes the next customer which unfortunately had 5 express envelopes and needed money orders. When the window next to her became available I started to walk up to him and he rudely told us to go back and wait. Even though she still had not finished with the customer she was helping!! Unprofessional!!

stay away if possible, package never delivered and claim denied by this post office even though this package was supposed to have been delivered to a business with camera's. there is proof that nothing was delivered but they claim that there was a "good delivery"

Good luck getting an answer from them on the phone. Even if I make an online claim and request to be contacted via email, they still call back on the phone and if you miss their call and call them back, they will never pick up.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered at my hotel, the package was out for delivery already when i got a notif saying my package was being held at the post office because it was asked by the costumer which is a LIE, then i called USPS for HELP because im leaving the country in 3 days, their costumer service cant contact the postal office, I cant contact the postal office and now this is just a big mess because someone cant do their job right!

Passport services at this location absolutely ? s*&k. The other workers are nice & helpful. The passport office is passed the main to the right. The lady working the office is very rude.Go to another location that's not this one. Walk-ins are allowed 3pm - 4pm
