Go anywhere else, even if it’s an hour away. I was attended by a chubby old man who was beyond rude. I simply came in to ask about the tracking of a package I had due to it not having any tracking updates at all. I tried explaining my situation to him and he immediately gets defensive and starts arguing with me despite me only trying to explain to him the issue he then tells me he can’t do anything about it. And i asked if there would be any resolution to my package having gone missing and he just shrugged.

Online it says open until 7:00 pm but in the office there is no one who can help you and they are closed with metal curtains. It's frustrating, is 6:30pm, I needed help and I can't do my procedure. That is so wrong!

The agent on the passport section was very rude and has no empathy towards people that are looking to be taken care of. IF you hate your job that much please get the F. O. And don't treat people carelessly like you own the business and don't give a F...You don't deserve that position of " customer service agent " title . Disrespectful arrogant human being.

I went into the post office today. I had a passport appointment and I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. I have a screen shot of the appointment details. I was by Joshua Torazs that I didn’t have an appointment and there is nothing he can do for me. He was not very nice about it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he basically didn’t want to hear what I had to say and told me the same thing Josh’s did. Asked to speak to the postmaster and I was told that he is not there and he wouldn’t help me anyway. It is very hard to got all 4 of my family members all together at the same time. This was the only time we have all together. The fact that they didn’t give a poo that I had an appointment and didn’t honor that appointment is a problem. This is the worst post office and that is probably why they have a 2 stars.

I don’t come here often but my last 2 visits were. A few days ago and about a year ago. Last year I was shipping off a box and the woman noticed that I used scotch tape. I was quick to bring up UPS and that started a friendly banter with the ladies at the counter. Then she was happy to tape it up for me. I left laughing with the ladies. Recently I went and the man from the passport side was taking in customers. It was quick and easy and I had a few questions that he answered. I had a very pleasant experience and I can’t think of anything bad to say so far.

This branch is ashame as a federal entity, the manager on duty today has zero customer service, rude, and do less than the minimum, if you are not happy with your job Mr manager stay home or go on a vacation, we as a customer paid money to get service in return. Such a bad example for junior employees, and feel sorry for the good employees there.

never had anything but a good experience! love the self service machines, it takes the stress out of sending packages. its also always so cheery on the inside when its bear the holiday!

Nothing works. Went there and system was down. The counter also closed before 6PM so don’t go there in the evening if you need a real person support.

Google said lobby closes at 7pm on Friday I Went in at 5:58 pm to find attendant closing lobby gate. Showed her my phone and told her it's not closing time yet but she refused to let me in. And with out even asking me what I needed she said "what I needed to do was going to take too much time and that I can go use the self service kiosk.

This location needs new workers. Some of the ladies here are so rude. As well as making very unnecessary and rude remarks. If you don’t like your job, then find a new one. Don’t spread your negativity, nobody but you wants that misery.

If I could put zero stars I would. Went in to an empty office to a new passport and was told I need to make an appointment and that they are full of appointments for that day every 15 minutes. Stood there for an hour and not one person was there for passport help. I had my packet ready just needed picture and payment but was turned down with no car to leave. Ended up just sitting in lobby without being helped. Will never come back the service was the worst I’ve ever seen.
