  Customer service has always been great for me never a bad experience. How ever as an apple authorized dealer they need to do better. UCF store has sale prices and the newest Mac books here they are trying to sell an M2 MacBook for 2300 that now same specs newer m4 is $1500 keep good inventory and sales and they wouldn’t... read full comment

  SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They take forever to answer and forever to call back. They told me that my books were being shipped but they had actually been delivered and had EXPIRED. They will lie to you and are unreliable. Just go in person

  Not a very good experience in all 4 terms I did at Valencia, the school is awesome, but the bookstore can definitely be improved.
