I normally take my F150 to the dealership for service but decided to give this place a shot since it's up the street. Never Again.While the tech was replacing my oil filter I noticed he dropped something and spent quite a bit of time trying to get it, eventually calling over the manager to help.When he walked up to my window and said he was "all done" I asked if he found what he dropped. He said "no, but don't worry it will be fine". I questioned him further only to find out he had dropped his 27mm socket on top of my intake manifold. I told him I wasn't leaving until they found and removed the socket he dropped. I was there for quite sometime before they retrieved the socket.I left without any intention of leaving a bad review but a few days later I checked my oil level for good measure only to find they had overfilled it. You can imagine the frustration after I had to drain out the excess oil.Long story short. Do NOT trust these guys with your vehicle.

They will try and upsell you on everything you may or may not need, and use fear tactics to do it. One time i had a guy insist I needed an air filter for my vehicle despite the fact I had literally replaced it myself 10 minutes prior and had the old one in the seat next to me. overly priced unless you can find a coupon and (repeatedly insist) that you only want an oil change.

These guys legitimately tried to scam me into buying a $225 battery from them and got upset when I wouldn't. Then after they intentionally killed my battery, they told me they'd have to push my car out into the rain with my window down (I couldn't roll it up because they killed my battery) and after refusing to jump start me, they said they were going to call a tow truck if I didn't have the car out of their parking lot by 5pm. I've never had a bad experience so far at a Valvoline but I went to the Conway location on 2/18/24 just for an oil change. They did all the checkups like usual and then they connected a "tester" to my battery while they were doing the oil change. I was sitting in the car the whole time they did the oil change (car was off) and then randomly got a notice on my dashboard saying that the battery was being drained unusually quickly and to turn off anything that was draining the battery, but none of the electronics in the car were on. After they finished the oil change, the manager "Joseph" came to my window and said that the battery was completely dead and that I needed to buy a battery from them for an additional $225. When I said no and went to start the car, the car wouldn't start obviously. This was strange because I've haven't had a single issue with the battery ever until right then. After the car wouldn't start, I asked if they could jump start me please and he said no and that it was "impossible to jump start because the battery is too dead". My driver side window was also down and it was pouring rain. Since they killed my battery, I couldn't even roll the window up. They said they'd have to push my car into the parking lot (in the rain). I asked them to connect the jumper to the car just to give it electricity so I could roll up my window, and they said that wasn't possible. After arguing with them a bit, they agreed to put the jumper on the car and let me roll my window up, and then they pushed my car to the parking lot. I also overheard one of the guys say to another to "make sure to note that the battery light was on when he arrived", which firstly was false there was never a battery light on in my car and secondly none of them ever got in my car when I arrived to begin with so they couldn't have seen what lights were on or not in my car anyways. I called a friend and he came, connected his car to mine to jump start and in less than 10 seconds my car started (of course), and I have not had a single issue with the battery the past 2 days since then. Absolutely a malicious and intentional scam to get people to buy expensive batteries from them. Be careful if you our a family member goes to this location. I paid for my oil change and I'm not looking for any refunds or anything, I'm just leaving this review to hopefully prevent anyone else that goes there from getting scammed out of a couple hundred dollars.

A recommendation is a recommendation, not a law or a mandate. You can recommend a type of oil but I have the right to choose which oil I will put in MY CAR, not the oil Valvoline want to. This is a FREE State where people had the right to choose. I give them 2 stars because the employee was very respectful and I know he is following instructions.

They do a great job here, Joseph showed us how dirty our air conditioning filter was, that no one has ever told us about the inside filter before. So glad he showed it to us, and now we know it should be replaced every year. Very happy we got to learn more about what our vehicle needs.

Jacob had the best service I could have had. Not only did he help me with everything I needed, but he was very informative and polite with me and his coworkers alike. Definitely manager material!!

Watched as the technician fumbled around the car and spilled oil all over the car and headlights. Checked the cars oil a day later and was practically empty and had to add about 3 quarer of oil. Glad I checked before driving to Miami. Clearly sometimes fast is not good...

Logan was absolutely phenomenal! He was very educational, patient, and had great customer service. I will definitely be coming back just because of him and hopefully he’ll have time to service my vehicle when I do. I do not trust a lot of people with my car, but he is very knowledgeable in the field and you can tell that it is his passion. Thank you Logan for being so nice and informational, I look forward to my next oil change.

August 19, 2023I want to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to your auto service center. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but the experience I had during my most recent visit has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.On 8 19 2023 I brought my new car to your service center for an oil change, a routine procedure I have undergone without any issues in the past. Everything appeared to be going smoothly until the time came to settle the bill. I had a $10.00 off coupon that I expected to be applied to the total amount. However, I noticed that the discount had not been deducted from the bill.I immediately inquired about this with the attendant, Ian, who was assisting me. I informed him that I indeed had a coupon and expected it to be honored. However, to my surprise, Ian claimed that I had not mentioned the coupon to him. This was not true, as I distinctly recall informing him about the coupon during our interaction. I kindly requested that the transaction be reversed and the discount applied as it should have been.Despite my explanation, Ian refused to comply with my request, insisting that he hadn't heard about the coupon from me. This was baffling, considering he had no trouble hearing me decline several up sell offers and provide my personal information. I then asked to speak with a manager to address the issue properly.Ian went to bring the manager, Joseph, who was nearby. After a brief conversation with Ian, Joseph approached me at my vehicle's window. I proceeded to explain the situation to him, expecting a resolution to the matter. However, I was met with reluctance on Joseph's part. He conveyed that he was unable to reverse the charge and that the technician had informed him that he had not heard me mention the coupon.To my astonishment, Ian, the technician, tried to interject and join the conversation between Joseph and me. I politely reminded Ian that I was seeking assistance from Joseph because he was unable to address my concern effectively. Despite reiterating my loyalty as a long-standing customer and the potential loss of future business, Joseph maintained his stance, repeating what Ian had told him about not hearing me mention the coupon.I asked Joseph if he was willing to let my patronage go elsewhere over a mere $10.00 coupon. Unfortunately, Joseph's response left much to be desired. It is disheartening to see that a reputable business like yours is not training its personnel to prioritize customer satisfaction. It is us, the customers, who sustain your operations and ensure your success.Regrettably, due to the unsatisfactory experience I encountered, I have made the decision to take my business, as well as my family's, to a competitor's establishment. I am deeply disappointed that the situation was not handled appropriately and that my loyalty as a customer was not valued.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider reevaluating your customer service practices. I have to commend the manager of this facility. It's a little out of my way to get my oil changed here but they have the best coupons which lowers the price of my high oil volume car. According to the sticker they gave me it was time for my oil change and I was prepared to pay for it. Upon looking up my record in the computer the manager told me that they printed the wrong date and I needed to come back in another 3 months... they could have fully taken me for another oil change and I would have never known it. I appreciate the honesty.. super rare in these days .It will keep me coming back to Valvoline for my new cars oil changes at this location. thank you.

I would have given you guys five stars as you did great job on my car. However, I was given a $15 off coupon through my phone and they couldn't apply it. They did offer a $10 off that turned to be a $7 off coupon but still I wanted my $15. If you guys are giving $15 off through a text message then you should honor it with the code. So this is why it's three stars
