The guys at this location are nice and VERY fast. They do a thorough job and deliver what they say. However, like most places in this category, they bombard you with extras that are not really needed,. While they are not dishonest at all, be prepared to turn down many costly add-ons.

Gf went in for an oil change and I always tell her don’t go to mechanics cause they’ll use thread lock on your car for repeat business and guess what I can’t take off by hand with a wrench. Sad to say mechanics here are using shady business practices and making it so I can’t work on my own car for a simple oil change.

Dominiq provided great customer service, explained all the recommendations and answered all my questions about them. Got me in and out in a timely fashion. I go to other Valvolines and so far outside of the Kirkman location I’ve had the best experience here. Thank you guys!

Brought my son there to get his car serviced, the techs there are polite, informative and didn't try and sell him on anything he didn't actually need serviced. Highly recommend the team here for your next oil change, will be back here with mine and my wife's car soon. 10/10
