Bartender showed no emotion and poured two horrible drinks; one with flat soda and the other didn't even fill the glass. I asked if she could fill it up, and she gave me more ice. Place is very narrow, and everyone who walks by brushes up against you. Won't be coming back.

This place is a hidden gem. We happened to stumble on this place jumping around for a bachelor party and it was so fun to find such a unique place. The atmosphere was amazing, the bartenders were quick and made excellent drinks! I highly recommend checking this place out. A Fallout lovers paradise. I highly recommend the Nukacola Quantum. You won’t regret it!

Excellent theming and delicious drinks! Local hidden gem. Grab a Nuka Cola or a fun seasonal shot while you play a round of a classic video game and listen to great music. Be sure to support Gods And Monsters in your way in; you’ll find the bars entrance in the back.Kid-friendliness: Leave the littles at home for this one. Must be 21+ to enter.

This place is small so understand it can get busy and filled quick! Drinks are so reasonably priced! The staff was kind and there was a very talented cage dancer too. The vibe is apocalyptic so if that's what you enjoy then you'll love this!

Coming up to Orlando for Thanksgiving with the lovely Spensyr and her family, I was promised a surprise, and this place was definitely that! In a hidden ''mall" off of I-drive is a small (and very overpriced) comic & gaming shop. In the back of that shop is a pretty cool looking door advertising itself as Vault 5421, and inside of that cool door is a hidden Fallout themed speakeasy!! A TV in the back was playing a horrible B movie called Thankskilling 2 which involved puppets with chainsaw genitalia when we walked in, and it was so bad we couldn't look away. Food seemed limited to candy and chips , but the drink selection was kinda cool. We tried a couple different things and were pretty happy with our choices, though sadly the imagination that inspired the bar walls and art does not extend to drink presentation, as it seems like most things are just served in a mason glass with a paper straw... Service was good. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Two thumbs up. There's a table at the front for gamers, and a D&D game was underway while we were there. Old school video game consoles around the periphery of the room offer something for you to do once you've exhausted the drink menu, but a much better time can be had just checking out all the decor around the room.

Really great spot for a quick drink. The drinks themselves are good (no food served there) and the themeing throughout the space is impressive, keeping true to the nerdy aspects of the comic book store itself with high attention to detail in the post-apocalyptic vibes and Fallout references. That being said, it is a small space and cramped. Expect to not be able to get seating and standing awkwardly around while others either shove by or also crowd around with drinks while casually trying to scope out seats. Still, even with the mass hysteria with larger crowds, the servers handle everything with grace and provide top notch service. Only advice to owners is to be more wary of number of guests in there at a given time, and maybe recommend time limit for people entering. It would be a bit of a buzzkill, but it may be more enjoyable overall for patrons in navigating and taking in the space.Parking: A popular location, there is still ample parking before heading to the comic store that Vault 5421 is located inside of.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight squeeze for wheelchairs, especially with foot traffic. It can be done, but prepare for some uncomfortable maneuvering.

These days, patrolling Orlando almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter, so an ice cold Nuka Cola at Vault 5421 was exactly what we needed. Vault 5421 is a super cool little post-apocalyptic bar tucked away at the back of the equally cool Gods and Monsters comic and geek merch shop. The Vault has a great selection of drinks, and my wife and me really liked the themed cocktail and shots. We recommend any one who visits try the Nuka Cola cocktail and Skooma shot for sure, but the drinks were all good and very reasonably priced so try a lot and we are sure you won't be disappointed! There are also a good selection of games to play while you enjoy your drinks. We had a really great time!5 out of 5, would fight mutants with my big iron here while the world ends.

This is a cool little bar that has a great theme. I gave it 4 stars because the theme is good, the drinks are good, but it has not quite reached its potential in ambiance. The theme is fallout and has a sort of Halloween feel to it but the lighting is still too bright and they also keep the door open which brings in a lot of bright light in from the store which takes away from the ambiance. It would be great if they made it more of a mysterious ambiance by lowering the lights, closing the door, playing more halloween type sounds, maybe a little fog and some quirky snack options if you really want to go above and beyond.
