The Millenia store offers a wonderful experience with a friendly and helpful staff. Alex, the manager, was especially kind and knowledgeable, quickly resolving my issue. Be sure to ask for him when you visit!

Worst experience ever. No help whatsoever. I went there on two occasion and both times they were no help. I had a supervisor from Verizon on the line and she said I can upgrade my iPhone to a Samsung they said I could not. I asked the manger Alex so are calling the other supervisor a liar then and he said I’m not. Then how is your 611 says on thing and your brick and mortar says another. This is by far the single worst experience I ever had with a carrier!!!! They offer no assistances, no solution and no empathy. Will never return here again.

We had an awful experience at this store and will likely be switching from Verizon completely due to an experience with Alex. Alex lied about a new plan and added lines to our account, including phones we did not need. Even after specially being asked questions around the transition, Alex misinformed us and increased our bill by $200. Stay far away.

Great experience! Had a really unfortunate event to where there wasn’t much Verizon could do and majority of my question would be directed to Apple but Alex went above and beyond to help to the best of his ability and he surpassed my expectations!! Throughout my time in Verizon he made sure to greet and help others as soon as they walked in! Talk about wide open welcome ! Alex is amazing and well deserving of recognition!!!

We had a situation that we were not able to clear up over the phone with Verizon We went this morning and were met by Angel the manager. He was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in 10 minutes vs being on the phone last week for two hours. Thank you Angel

After a nightmare at the Clermont Store on 27, I had to find a corporate store to fix what David had done! ANGEL the store manger at this corporate location went over and above to correct the problems we occurred. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would like to thank him again for all of his help. He was the only reason I did not walk away from Verizon after 23 years. Never deal with a franchise, always go to corporate, lesson learned! Great job Angel!
