Terrible service, the price always goes up every month, and when I signed up I was told that I would only pay a fixed amount until all the phones were paid for, and then I would only pay for the line.

It's been a while since I bought my cell phones: I always feel like I'm at fault for not reporting my experience at this store. I was attended to by a very competent professional who treated my family with respect and affection. Her name is Luana, a very dear Brazilian. I would like to congratulate Verizon, for hiring her. She serves everyone. I observed her with great patience and respect for our difficulties, aiming to satisfy the customer. I would like to say, Luana, thank you very much for being such a special person. It would be great if every establishment that we Brazilians go to on this earth had this kind of welcome. Congratulations to Verizon and Vice President Luana.

I honestly don't know where to leave this review because I don't know which branch, if any, the sales rep that came to my apartment was from. In any case, he sold me 2 google pixels, 300GB internet and 2 phone lines. He said the first month's bill would come out to around $250, and the following bills would be around $180. Which is what I agreed to. Well the first bill came and it is more than DOUBLE what he stated it would be. And I even downgraded service and my regular bill still looks like it will be $70 more than what he stated!!! This is ridiculous!!! If possible I will be switching service. I AM NOT paying over $500 for 2 phone lines and SLOW internet. NOT OK!!!
EDIT: So telling by the response I was left below, all they are offering is meaningless lip service and not actually offering any help. Funny thing is, Verizon is actually in the news now for a class action lawsuit having to do with what I am experiencing right now! Clearly, they have not learned their lesson as a company. I will go elsewhere and I will also be exploring what my legal options are.

She said that she was finishing up the other person and next was me but she didn’t even put us next in line a girl came and went in front so we were really mad and that’s why I want to give 1 star

Don't hire them, you'll regret it. Don't fall for the fairy tale, they're unfair. I started paying $130, they said it would be until the end of the plan and today I ended up paying $391.

Bad experience! They promise you several benefits and they don't deliver! I'm paying a fortune in bills, double what they sold me and I simply can't resolve it! When it came to sales, Luana and Taynara were super attentive and now that I have a big problem, they simply don't help me anymore! I do not recommend! Don't fall into that trap!

I do not recommend contracting Verizon services. They tell you a price when hiring and later put fees that you don't understand and when you ask for explanations, they say they had warned you and invent fees that don't exist, for example, a police fee for using an SOS signal. Better look for another operator!

Very rude unprofessional workers, especially the short Colombian girl and the manager is not doing her job and the guy with the hair braids very bad communication has no manners and no education. They should not be working and representing Verizon, they should be fired, and I will report it to the corporate.

Every time I come to the store, they act like they can never help me. My bill has been rocket high since I had a new line. It should not have shot up that high because that’s not what I was told the bill was going to be. I am just so over Verizon and can’t wait to leave them.
