Roque spent 2 hours helping me situate my business account , 5 lines and Apple Watches. When nobody else from customer device could help, his tireless and patient dedication to his customers and his technical knowledge solved all my issues so I left the store with a smile on my face. Thanks Roque!

This is the most unprofessional store i have ever been to, the guy who helped me was very rude and un helpful. I was there to buy a charger he told me he was un able to find and the locate it as well, he told a lady if she was un happy with the service they provided she should switch providers. At the end of the day you get paid to work, the guy wasnt wearing a badge for obvious reason, he was heavy set with black hair and earrings. If you can avoid the store i would, theres a store 10 mins away in millenia.

Everyone in this store was the BEST! From my first phone call, Adam, the manager, to Alex, who first helped me in the store, to Roque, who set my replacement phone up. Adam was so nice. He answered all of my initial questions. I met him, when I got to the store. What a great guy. Thank you, Adam. I first met with Alex, very sweet, got everything started. Between Alex and Adam, my replacement phone was ordered. It arrived at my house, the next morning. I immediately went to the store. I met Roque. He was so incredibly kind and helpful. I did interact with a couple of others, I don't remember their names but, they too, we're just great! I will be going to this store, from now on. Thank you again, everybody.

You are sorry Vz. What a UNpleasant GARBAGE service. Bad work. Vz forgot to check [online] GED diploma. Trashy disrespectful employees here folks. If I can trade my services for your employees than I would. But than AT&T is sorryyyy as well. What in the world is going on. May be getting online GED don't teach - Pls, ThkU, good bye, come back soon, ETC. No offense pls. Sorry. they should have that curriculum. Put a stop here. Don't shop in the store. Pls check out online.You are replying to me and saying sorry that you missed the mark for excellent CS. Pls. Quit that lie. Why then all 1 star review has not been corrected and worked on before me. ???????? There is where you missed many mark. This morning I stopped by and a associate was lying to my face and then woah she knew I mean business. BAD SERVICE is bottom of the pit Sir. ME GOT TO GO AMIGO.

I bought my cell phone there, and I use the virtual chip, of all the devices on my account, only mine is out of range and without service all the time. On a Saturday I was without internet all day and unable to make a call. No one was able to help me. There is no one to support you in this, they just want to sell.Today I even need to use my cell phone for text messages and calls and it doesn't work.

When you come in, you have to guess what place you are in line. There's no one or no place to sign in to keep confusion down. Service is extremely slow. I would never come back to this location.

Greeted this person twice when I entered this Verizon location and they looked right past me to greet another person. Later I asked this person did they work here and they said yes. I then said, I ask because when I spoke to you you didn’t acknowledge me. As you can see by the photo attached this person went back to looking at their phone with no response to me. So even if they “didn’t hear me” the first two times that I said “hello good morning” they had no response after I said I spoke to them earlier. This person did not ask me if I needed any assistance they just played on their phone.

I've been robbed. I wanted a prepaid line, and paid 43$ the line never worked in my phone, after wasting hours in two days trying to make it work they finnally told me that they will return the money but that I should wait more than a month, well 3 have pass and I haven't recived it. I called verizon and they told me that they can't give me back the money unless I open and pay another line with them, what a scam. I paid a service that I never recieved and they give me escuses to not refund the money

Verizon itself has been an amazing service provider. My phone went out on me today and I needed one asap so I couldn't wait. Went to the nearest location which was the Kirkman location and got assisted by Miguel which was terrible. He didn't discuss phone options, pricing or even try to upsell any of the accessories. In fact it seems he did everything he could to get me out of the store without having to work. I was told after researching and picking my own phone that they don't do split payments. That I should go to best buy or call verizon and let them ship it to me. As I'm asking him what can be done as I'm in the store right now and need a phone, his only suggestion was go somewhere else. Terrible customer service but thank God for best buy and the rep that assisted with $200 off and a smile! For a long time customer of verizon with her entire family on a plan, having to go into a location is rare in this day and age. It's worst when you do finally go in and have to deal with terrible customer service. Miguel should maybe get more training on customer service. Safe to say I'll never be back at the Kirkman location again.

Busy store but seemed to be only one tech who could set up the equipment, so he had to juggle customers while trying to keep up. Some questions were asked and never answered. We walked in, but suspect even with appointment it wouldn't speed things along.
