My wife called today and was attended by Veronica, she was extremely rude, she said that she was the only one working and had another call. I understand these are busy times but that is not the way to handle a situation, and she ended up hanging up on my wife. I hope that she gets some training on customer service.

Bought a phone here. Was with Verizon for 20 years. Was given less than truthful answers when I signed up. Its been a fiasco with Verizon since . VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. After dealing with Verizon direct I tried to get help here . I called and asked to speak to a manager. Was told the manager was at lunch and he would call when he got back . Never got called back . My sales rep text me a day later. Told him I was waiting to hear from a manager . He said " There is no manager that they are all managers " So was basically lied to again . I asked to speak to an area manager and was ignored . I have had the phone 5 weeks . Had numerous issues with phone , perks , internet and customer service . In 5 weeks I am at 27 HOURS on the phone and no resolution .

The store has the worst customer service. I went for a data transfer change, for a phone that arrived by mail and they couldn't do it right. I wasted 4 hours in the store and they couldn't arrange a simple data transfer.

I arrived at almost 7pm and yes they do close at 8 but there was only 2 sales representatives and sat and waited for over 30 minutes till someone tended to me. There was sales rep that customers left after he tended to them and the whole time was asking his superior for assistance even after customer left and was still working on customer account. We continued to have to wait to solve the issue on hand that I had. They diffinetly need more sales representatives after 5pm

“I never received my $800 credit!” This isn’t a corporate store. They never sent in my trade-in, and the phone has magically disappeared. Therefore, I never received my $800 credit. Place is a joke and obviously they take advantage of people that are not from their state.

Do not go here. They are not a corporate store and they charge for a lot of services that a corporate store would do for free. You will end up paying more. When I told Verizon what they quoted me they were offended that a store would do that. This store is taking advantage of customers. The sales associate was also very smug and rude.

Jaden was absolutely amazing! He was very honest and super helpful with us. We were there literally from open to close because of a situation with my recent phone carrier and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured about anything. He was very professional along with Michael and Stefany that helped with our complicated process!

Terrible customer service. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor treatment. I went yesterday to replace my wife’s phone and get a new one for myself. The salesperson started suggesting that I change my legacy plans and almost forced me to sign up for their Verizon internet. He was very pushy and used ironic comments, like "you must be in the business of losing money," simply because I didn't want to change my plans. He couldn't explain the plan differences, and all I needed was a new phone. It felt more like I was buying a car than a phone. He was the worst salesperson I've encountered—ironic, pushy, and disrespectful. I had to stand up and leave immediately. I won't be returning to this store.

I came to this store on 4/16 to pick up a phone replacement. The general manager at the time (he was fired) and Latin female employee assisted me. They charged me for an additional fee without informing me even though they weren’t able to activate my phone or complete the data transfer and had to contact 611 for support. As we got everything done, they took my previous phone and vocally informed me that they would send it back to the Verizon Warehouse. 30 days later I am charged $999.99 for my device not being returned. I’ve contacted 611 (Verizon), Celluar Sales (this stores company) & I am currently here at the store on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11am with employee Michael informing me that their isn’t anything that can be done on their end. I provided case numbers for both Celluar Sales & Verizon and my next step will be to report this store to the BBB & get a lawyer involved as this is very a fraudulent & sketchy business and should be closed down and thoroughly investigated.

Service was fantastic. Darwin was very helpful at retrieving information from the trade-in phone, having to manipulate accounts to get it done. I am very grateful to have all all our old data saved.

The woman I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. When I arrived to the store she was busy so someone else attempted to help. I asked a few questions about my plan, he said call 611 and ask Verizon. I asked a few questions about different Apple Watches he told me to go online and look at the differences. Finally I asked if he could guide me on the best way to pay for it “outright, with my Verizon credit card, or monthly” he rolled his eyes said “I really don’t know.” Whoever that guy is has zero work ethic and zero enthusiasm. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Good thing there are other Verizon stores near by, just avoid this one.
