Update 11-15-24 And 7 years later, Service at the store it's the same if not worst. Walking in yesterday in the store, and again, they could not help me. -
This has to be one of the worse stores in Orlando. Either they don't have enough staff or they just don't care about their job. Waiting time is ridiculous, and any question you have they don't know the answer and they try to sell you stuff you don't even need or ask for... Verizon signal is bad as it is in Waterford Lakes and these people are just making it worse for VZW...

Really BAD STORE. Customers MEAN CRAP to VERIZON At Least When Comes To VERIZON'S ALAFAYA TRAIL STORE. We The Customers Are NOT ALLOWED to Use The Restroom. And I was Sent To The VESPI COFFEE SHOP. To Use The Restroom. VERY DISRECPECTFUL. Also I Set Up A New Account With VERIZON And They Had The AUDACITY to ADD INSURANCE Without Consulting Me. No I CANT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. ALAFAYA TRAIL.

This is a corporate store and they are awesome! I recommend allowing Mildred Medina help you. My mom and I are difficult customers and she put up with us, got us a military discount on our bills, and got all of our stuff switched over. She is very knowledgeable and just a really cool person.

I first had to prove I was the manager for my own account. Due to a Verizon glitch in their system I had to change all my information. Then I traded my phone in and paid them to set my new phone up. 1 hour and 55 minutes later I am still waiting for my phone to be updated- this is after I was told it would be a 20 minute process. This store’s manager Kyra gave me a “sorry” that it took so long and go ahead and contact corporate if you have a problem. In the time I was here I had listened to other dumb customer issues being addressed. Don’t come in unless

For a company as large as Verizon, you'd expect great service. You won't get it though. I've called into customer service for 4 different issues (discounts to be applied to the bill, upgrading a phone, and ultimately leaving them). I went 11 months of no discounts on my plan (there was a promotional deal and I'm a student) because I was told it would apply to my bill next cycle but never did. I simply came in to upgrade a line and was told the best option was to add another line for free and get the phone for free at no additional charge to my monthly bill. Lie. I was charged for that line resulting me in going back to the store to cancel and return the phone and leave. During that visit I was told my last bill if I left will only be whatever usage incurred and ~$160 for the balance of my phone. Fast forward to me moving to a new provider and getting my final bill. I was charged ~$830 for the device buy out that NO ONE told me. Support was no help and said I had to go to the store. 30 minute drive later I was told sorry sometimes we don't see all the details on your account but you'll need to call Billing for that. 1. How do you not see my entire account? You need to to be able to help me. 2. WHY WAS I TOLD I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE!
What student has $830 to blow on a phone?
Verizon has the absolutely worst support. Don't believe anything they say. Log every person you speak to, day, and time you spoke to them. WORST COMPANY EVER.

this place is full of scam artists. i needed a new phone so i switched to verizon’ cause they said i can get my phone paid for if i traded my old one so did that, and the guy said i can get a free apple watch with it.
saw my bill, paying for it all. not even the apple watch had a deal.
tired of getting lied to be these phone companies.

Annessa was great! Helped me establish a new plan, and I previously got established a few months ago getting the internet gateway plan. Everyone is so welcoming and it's a great environment to be in.
