My phone went completely dead. I had insurance through another company and opened a claim. After 3 days of jumping through all of the insurance company’s hoops and extreme amount of frustration I decided to buy a new phone on my own and as a long time Verizon customer I made an appointment. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Austin. He heard my story and was very empathetic. He went out of his way for me. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that my experience was a positive one. He succeeded and this is now my go to store. Thank you Austin and also to Jeff for picking up the phone from another location so I could have it the same day.

I want to give an enormous shout out to Verizon employee, Kevin Tyras. What a wonderful representative for your company! Patient, kind, knowledgeable... in short he "walks on water!" I will continue to be a Verizon customer for many years due to his exceptional customer support. Thanks a million, Kevin!

I have been going to this location since 2020. It used to be one of the best Verizon locations you could find now only clueless and incompetent staff work there. The last 3 times we had a horrible experience with employees. They messed up our order multiple times. The guy who was helping us had no clue what was he doing. Managers are useless too. I am going to complain to their corporate with more details!!!

My husband lost his iPhone, we went to the Verizon store in Bithlo and bought an iPhone 13 and he nickeled and dimed us for screen protector , a square box that had higher power and extra cord a protection plan, $40 to set up your phone he also charge and 35 to activate it then we got home and he could not make calls so he had to go all the way back again and then the lady couldn't help him because he wasn't able to call me so I can receive a pin code and they wouldn't let him use any of their phones so I'm very upset. I can't wait to get out of Verizon

The girl that took care of me changed my password without permission. She also sent my receipt for payment to my Gmail account and never ask me if it was okay. I need a printed one and she told me since she already sent it to myl she couldn't print me one. I had to call the try and get my account straightened out. Since I have been with Verizon for the first 3 months they couldn't get my account unlocked. I am very disappointed in this office. The gentleman I spoke to at the home office finally got my account fixed. He was very helpful and stayed with me until everything was done. I was mad because this girl got my password messed up and I couldn't get in my account. They need to be trained better and have a pleasant attitude. They need to ask before they take it up on themselves to send your receipt to your mail account. I was about to move on to a different carrier .

Very happy with our experience at this Verizon. We visited three times and each time had excellent service. Dammar was very helpful when we needed a new sim card. Andrew was great in helping us port numbers over. Delila was there the day my new phone came in. She was so helpful and very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about android to iPhone switching and would highly recommend her.

These guys here are so helpful. They were patient and got my grandma a case, screen protector and some other thing she needed for her phone. The put everything on for her and even saved her some money on her bill. If you need any help with your phone be sure to stop here!

DO NOT GO TO sales representative VERONICA! Everything she presented to me as a new customer has been completely inaccurate! Nothing she said, match with my bill and the new customer promotion reference by her was never coming until I inquired directly with Verizon who ended up honor my word due to all the inconsistencies and frustration with Veronica! She needs additional training or possibly this is her sale pitch to make the sale! Sadly be aware!

Jess was great and very knowledgeable. She fixed a couple issues I had with two lines and was also able to save me some money with my plan. She was patient and assisted with getting all the phones up and running.

Been paying for insurance for a year and a half and find out the insurance covers nothing ! First time EVER I have broken a screen since 1990s when cell phones came out. Good bye Verizon as soon as this silly contract ends !!!!
