I took my daughter to Waterford lakes on Sunday to get her pjs for her school 12 days of Christmas and the door was open it was 5:54 pm and then the lady went up to her and told her she needs to leave that they were closed and i seen they were kicking her out the store. Btw She is only 11 years old. so when I seen that I said no we are here it's not 6 yet. The same older lady with the red/ burgundy hair said um no rules changed we are not ringing you up! The register closes at 6! Practically yelling! She was so rude and I asked her if she was the manager and what was her name and she didn't want to give me her name. She sound like she had an accent and couldn't speak good English. I told her to stop yelling and she needed to take care of her customers that are in the store and she yelled across the store to her cashiers for no one to ring me up. There was still customers in line and still shopping in the store so I was confused why she was yelling. That was very unprofessional and I will not ever shop at this Victoria Secret again. I was embarrassed and I can't believe that happened in-front of my daughter. I don't understand why people work in this field and seem like they really don't care about the business or customers. I just hope she doesn't treat her employees like this because I would not want to shop there let alone work with someone like that.

Horrible experience today than ever. I originally went to buy a bra, but I saw so many beautiful clothes so I stayed longer. I took a sweatshirt and pants and 3 sets of bras and panties. When the manager comes and tells me that due to store policy I cannot try on all those clothes that are in the bag. It made me feel horrible and super frustrated. I went with the excitement of choosing something sexy to celebrate my anniversary and what I did was waste about an hour and a half that I've been here and I can't try them on. If I don't try on the clothes, I don't buy them because I don't know exactly how they will look on me. Never again.

The worst manager, so unprofessional. I went for a price adjustment ($10 off $50) coupon. I had left this coupon at home and the young lady I checked out with told me that was no problem and just bring it in the next few days with my digital receipt for a price adjustment. I came back the next day and spoke with another young girl at the checkout. The red haired manager was there checking out customers as well and was very interested in my conversation with the girl. She said “what’s the problem “? The young lady explained about the adjustment to which the manager told us to “read the policy”, pointing to some hard square thing glued to the front corner of the desk. I explained that I could not read the tiny print and the cashier said there was nothing stating that I could not do the adjustment. The manager became exasperated and said “you need to go get all of the items to return and repurchase “. I questioned this as all the item SKU numbers are clearly listed on my receipt. She basically told me to pound sand and do what she says or no adjustment. I was heated and said I’d be back. As I turned to leave the young cashier said “have a nice day!” in this bubblegum voice, basically mocking the situation. I replied “yeah right” and she proceeded to laugh at me loudly along with the manager. I did go home and retrieved my items, came back only to be questioned in a condescending fashion by the manager who snidely asked “how can I help you?”. I had just been in there 10 minutes ago and she knew damn well why I was there. She then took pleasure telling me that she couldn’t honor my 30% off one item that I had initially used on my rollerball perfume, saying “I’ll do the return, but that coupon is gone and you will pay the full price now”. I was furious at this point. I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. She stated that is corporate policy. I grabbed my items and turned to leave and she smiled and told me to “have a great day!” I have reached out to corporate and hopefully they will address this disgusting display of blatant customer disrespect, however, I’m not holding my breath. I will never be back to this location and I have canceled my VS card as well.

This is the smallest area of victoria secret store I’ve been. One of the staff is not friendly I ask her if she can measure my friends bra size “she said yeah” waited too long and she didn’t came to help us. I ask another staff to help us instead and she is so sweet and helpful. She left whatever she is doing and help us right away. Im glad there’s still that one person turn your bad day to a good day.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Horrible atmosphere. Tried something on in the fitting room and then was stared down until I left, and was even stared at while I was outside the store. (this is my first time ever leaving a review, but I did because I thought it was necessary.)

1st time bra shopping in a long time. I did not like being rushed by the fitting attendant. Also, i asked to see a similar bra in a different size... she did not want to reach it for me...i had to ask her again to please allow me to try it on,,, she brought it to me with an attitude.... i know the employees might be working on commission,, i get it,, but please don't make it so obvious that i am just another dollar sign to you. I am going through a transitional phase, and having someone who cares to be helpful (not just make a buck) would have made a more kind and pleasant experience. Thank you.

I don’t usually leave reviews for clothing stores, but the customer service here was just that bad. Their attitude completely changes when they find out you aren’t making a big purchase. Never had that experience at VS before. At checkout after purchasing one item, the person at the register just handed me the bag and didn’t say anything. I said thank you, and she still didn’t say anything. Just turned around and started walking away from the register all because I only purchased one item

First time I wrote a review. I went with a group of friends yesterday at the waterford location.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I been other VS store they are very helpful, patient, accommodating but this store treated the customers bad. Totally unprofessional!!!. disrespectful displaying a negative attitude of the store manager Nona and other employees Geraldine and Madison.We had finished looking at the underwear that were in their respective drawers and slamming the drawers after re-folding the panties that were viewed by us and displaying facial disgust inuendos. Just say, it appeared to us that the manager Nona, Geraldine and Madison got upset because we did not fold and place the underwear back in the drawers the way they originally had it, isn't that's why they're hired in the 1st place to set things straight and provide customer service?Be aware to go to this location. store manager Nona is super rude and pout.. many reviews regarding about how bad their store manager was.... not good example to other employees..Me and my friends bought a lot and been treated this way..We will be going to a different location from now on. .. A lot of good customers leave because of their disrespectful displaying a negative attitude...

I never leave reviews for stores but the supposedly store manager is so rude and condescending. She was being rude to other customers before she “helped” me. Doesn’t know what she’s talking about and thinks her store manager title is all that matters. I asked her a simple question and comes at me disgustingly. No wonder the last time I came in to shop here employees were talking about how bad their store manager was and they wanted a new one. Disappointed and she thinks she can give me a bra size just looking at me and making comments like well you don’t look like that size

I came in Monday morning, they were having a slow day. Barely anyone was in the store, and from the moment I walked in the store, not a single person helped me. They had six employees out on the floor, everyone was tasking and NO ONE asked to help me. I was waiting for a fitting room, an employee saw me but did not come to help. Mind you there were two employees in the back by the fitting rooms. Finally, someone opened the door, of course I needed different sizes. No one offered to help, I left the door propped open to go get a different sized bra. I told an employee that I was coming back to my fitting room and to leave the door open, even then she just said ok. Not “oh can I help you find something”, no. No help at all, then went to the registers to wait in line. There were two employees at the registers and both were busy with customers. There was an empty register and five other employees walking around stocking. I waited for ten minutes, no one came to the empty register to check me out. If they didn’t want to use that register, the least someone could have done was tell me “I’m sorry for your wait someone will be right with you”. No, worst experience I’ve even had at a retail location. As a manager, I hope that someone addresses the issues that this store has. It makes customers never want to come back.

The lady told me I was only allowed to try on 4 items MAX, just to verify my correct size. Then she told me I cannot try on anything else but that anything in my size will fit me.I came in to return a bra that was too tight. She said it’s the style of that bra and to find one that’s not as tight. How can I do that if I can only try on 4 items my entire visit??I wish I knew what fit and looked right. I just finished breastfeeding after a year. Instead of buying a new wardrobe of bras, I left feeling defeated and empty handed.

Cashier 3715601 (young man, black hair, glasses) was rude. Instantly assumed I was trying to argue when I asked why I couldn’t check the sizing of a pajama set to make sure I got the right size for what is meant to be a gift for someone else. He expected me to purchase (I’m sure he assigned that sale to himself with no hesitation) the set, find out if it’s the right size, and if not the right size, then to come back and return it. I told him that defeats the purpose, but his response was “If that’s the case, then I would simply damage it out”. Meaning he’s willing to let a customer go through all of that, and damage out a perfectly fine $85 satin pajama set, just because he’s too lazy and unbothered to unfold the set and find the correct sizing for a customer. Which, isn’t that what servicing a client is? Isn’t the point (one of) of going to the store to find out the right sizing instead of guessing online? Blows my mind.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! been a vs customer since 2011, Never in my life met a sad, empty store filled with employees who treat customers bad! No consideration for time. Totally unprofessional. Will be going to another location! This place is a JOKE. Do not but from this location. There’s a reason WHY it’s DEAD!!
