The entire team, from the front desk staff and schedulers to the doctors and therapists, is consistently described as warm, kind, caring, professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They make patients feel completely at ease and comfortable. The doctors, including Dr. Chi and Dr. Jenna, have a sweet, calm, and patient demeanor. They are wonderful, educational, and gentle, taking time to explain everything clearly. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond, inspiring high regard and confidence. The center specializes in treating vision issues like double vision and eye teaming trouble through vision therapy. Their therapists, including Landon and Tyler, are great, thorough, and capable, helping patients become cooperative and self-motivated. Success stories include children who once avoided reading and school work finishing multiple chapter books independently and showing improved handwriting. The therapy is effective and surmountable, with some cases concluding successfully after just a few months of diligent participation. The practice is trustworthy, not taking advantage of worried parents. Families are grateful for the whole experience, finding it well worth the effort and highly recommending the center.
I've been treated for double vision issues here and can honestly say Everyone in this facility from Dr. Jenna to everyone at the front desk to schedulers and therapist are all so caring and professional I had to write this review which is rare for me.

I am an adult who had double vision as a result of glaucoma surgery. A combination of vision therapy and a special eyeglass prescription from Dr. Chi has made it possible for me to function normally. All of the staff have been great, including the doctor, therapists, and the office staff. I highly recommend them!

The Girls are AMAZING, Dr. Chi is the best doctor I or my kids have ever meet. They really care for their patients, I recommend this place to everyone...
