I stayed here for my weekend getaway. I’d give five stars for the friendly hotel staff and their excellent services. Everyone working here is passionate. However, I’d give three stars for the outdated room. Here’s the difference between their renovated room and old rooms. I hope they will finish the innovation as soon as possible. The old room doesn’t provide a cozy and luxurious feeling, which the Waldorf Astoria name brand should offer.

The best five star hotel I’ve ever visited. Went there for 6 nights to visit Disneyland and was not disappointed. The staff look after your rooms with great cleanliness and help you bring groceries up when needed. The buffet breakfast is to die for! The pool side snacks and lunch is very tasty but the cocktails are the best! There was a lovely lady named Bree who really took of us for meals by the pool and another old man who gives great towel service. A young chap who offers treats and tasters was nice too. If I knew all the names, I would give them all a big shout out! Regards Fogarty family.Rooms: Spacious on the 15th floor- brand new rooms! Lovely marble floor and you can operate the room with the Hilton app which is cool.Nearby activities: You can take a walk to the signia hotel next door and use their activities such as the river pool and arcade.Safety: Very safe. They check IDs when we lost our room key and had to ask security questions.Food & drinks: Just wonderful and exquisite with Michelin style food.

Excellent property, rooms, and amenities as well as food and beverage options. The service is top-tier and you get what you would expect from a Waldorf property. The breakfast at Oscar's is 10/10. I believe you get much more value for money out of this property than a comparable Disney resort property in the same area.

We had a great time during our first anniversary stay at the WA while visiting Walt Disney World. We did a cost comparison between this hotel and similar ones of the same quality, and this was the most reasonably priced for the amenities and location relative to the various parks. The suite we stayed in was comfortable (though pre renovation) and it was nice to have a larger space we could relax in after a long day at the parks. We did not use the balcony at all but did enjoy having a seating area and living room. The addition of the complimentary shuttle service that brought you to the parks eased concerns for additional parking fees but be mindful of the dropoff/pickup schedule as they are prompt and do not wait past the scheduled time. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay here and would recommend it over a Disney hotel especially with the additional perks of Costco Travel.A few things the WA could have done better:-Notify guests prior to booking that renovations were in progress and that you may experience some noises during your stay. We received a paper upon check-in of this but would have been nice to know ahead of time.-Parking was valet only and $45 per night. On our final bill the rate was $55 but we caught it and had them adjust it accordingly.-While not required, none of the special requests were followed which is something we have never experienced during any other WA stay. It's the little details that set a hotel like this and others apart and it was unfortunate that they didn't take heed of this to make our stay that much more memorable and special.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great, and the service is good. However, the room was quite simple, and the air conditioning had a heating issue. The worst part was that an employee opened my room door without permission, even though I informed her I was on my way. Due to these experiences, I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again.

Of all the restaurants, the bar off the lobby was the best, and service was top notch. The Bull and Bear service and Oscar's service was also excellent. However. I would skip the Bull and Bear as the quality of the food was disappointing. The pool area was a highlight as well as the ability to walk in door to the Hilton complex.

You’d think that the Waldorf Astoria brand would carry weight - not so at this location.Check in was at 4pm, though our room wasn’t available until 4:55pm.. as we got to the hotel at 3:30pm an hour and 25 minute wait in the lobby tarnished the brand and overall stay.Staff were flustered, unpolished, apathetic and actively disengaged in carrying any semblance of a brand flag.Beautiful property and location - but it isn’t a Waldorf… it’s a Super 8 in a loaner dress..

Amazing hotel. We were there for a company meeting. The staff was polite, accommodating and helpful. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was amazing for the whole trip. Pro tip - get the key lime pie in the bar area *chef kiss*

I got Engaged to my best friend at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. It was absolutely magical!I had a complicated plan, including dinner reservations, suprising my soon to be fiance with an incredible room, and proposing during Disney's Fireworks experience out on the balcony. The team went above and beyond to deliver!Luke From Concierge was integral to our incredible experience. He got us last-minute reservations at the Bull and Bear, he walked me through all of our amenity options, and so much more! After telling Luke I needed the whole experience to be a surprise, he worked with me to ensure the valet team would secretly deliver my bags to the room while we were dining. (Special Shout-out to Augusto from Valet!!) When I stepped away from dinner to secretly check in, Luke was supportive, excited, and delightful. Our room was beautiful, the rose petal turn down, champagne, and complimentary desserts were a great touch!Thank you to everyone who made this possible. I was so incredibly stressed out going into this, but with Luke, Augusto, and the entire Waldorf Astoria Family in my corner, I felt as if I could do anything ❤️

My wife and I were celebrating our 11 year anniversary and our experience was not as we expected. We had reservations at Bull and Bear because it was highly recommended by friends and family as one of the best restaurants in town for a special occasion. However, what we experienced was not special at all. Upon arrival we were seated and given menu’s and water. After that point we waited almost 15 minutes before I had to ask one of the servers walking by if anyone was going to take our order. After that point, we were still waiting until my eyes locked with one of the main servers I believe and he saw my frustration and came over and asked me if anyone had explained the menu or specials and we answered no that we had been waiting for quite some time. He apologized and then explained the menu. By this point we were ready to order our food as well as drinks. After ordering, we waited for our drinks which we ordered the smoking bull. We were served the first set of drinks and then when those drinks were finished, the main server offered to get us fresh glasses for the next round and he didn’t come back. We reminded him about the glasses and then he returned with glasses full of ice cubes which the drink called for a whiskey ice block. He informed us that they were out of those particular ice blocks and this was all they had. After dining we went to the peacock alley and they had plenty of whiskey ice blocks. Overall, the service was not as expected and I was completely floored by the quality of food and customer service. We arrived for our 8:30 on dinner reservation and was not served until close to 9:35 pm. This was extremely unfortunate as this was our memory of our 11 year wedding anniversary. As for our room, it was very uncomfortable due to the temperature in the room, we sent the thermostat down to 68 and it was very warm and did not allow for a comfortable sleep. The temperature remained in the mid to high 70’s and was not a great experience. Overall, we were very disappointed by our stay. Also at the peacock alley bar, our drinks had to be made over as the original bartender made the drinks incorrectly and the main bartender noticed and saw my disinterested look and offered to remake them and then explained to me that the original bartender doesn’t normally work there.Food & drinks: Not as described and definitely not worth the money paid.

This property is filled to the brim with incredible staff. I am absolutely blown away- easily the best service we've received at any hotel since before the pandemic began. Our housekeeper, Tatiana, made our stay special from our arrival. While the room is classic/traditional in true Waldorf fashion, there are some factors that make it a bit dated and are worth keeping in mind when comparing against others in the area. That said, both our room and the hotel itself were spotless and they were doing some beautiful renovations during our stay (did not affect us). Pool is clean and well kept, and the pool staff are superb. I came for a conference and even that was top of the line. The shuttle to Disney was prompt and easy.

Our anniversary stay at the Waldorf Astoria was made truly special by the exceptional service provided by their dedicated staff members, Luke, Karina, and Josh Lizzy at breakfast and the rest of the staff. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, it was evident that their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were outstanding.Staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Luke's warm welcome set the tone for our stay, and Staff attentiveness to our needs throughout our visit was remarkable. Staff, orchestrated a dining experience that was nothing short of exceptional. Our room was luxurious and offered breathtaking views, and the dining experience orchestrated was a culinary delight. The Waldorf Astoria's world-class amenities, from the spa to the fitness center, provided us with relaxation and rejuvenation opportunities. Thanks to the exceptional service provided our anniversary celebration at the Waldorf Astoria was truly unforgettable. A five-star gem in every aspect, with a staff that sets the standard for excellence in hospitality.

Attended a travel conference and stayed 2 nights in the Deluxe Suite with my family. We had awesome views of the Disney and the fireworks every night. The team would text me to make sure everything was good, when they could come by to clean, write hand written notes and just went the extra mile. We had a great time.

The hotel is aged and dated and has A LOT of construction work happening inside and out, which was not mentioned during booking. The rooms are poorly maintained and do not come close to being of any “5 star” quality. The on site dining and service was inconsistent, with the inside dining (breakfast in particular) being awful, with terrible service and quality, but the outside dining by the pool actually being pretty good.Whilst I have been more specific in my review with the hotel directly, I will say that this is more aligned with a 3 or 4 star hotel, and that representing and pricing it as a 5 star property is very misleading, and a poor reflection on a brand who’s other properties I have enjoyed immensely.Rooms: Room (suite apparently) 613 was incredibly dated and poorly maintained.Food & drinks: The food and drink selection is basic, and incredibly poorly done inside, but well done outside at the pool bar.

Great weekend get away. You can also use the attached Hilton Signia property. Our door keypad didn’t work and it took over 30 min to troubleshoot before being moved to another room on a lower floor even though I paid for Disney view :( … they did comp us $100 but to be fair, it was over an hour before we were settled in our own room. The service at the pool restaurant on both properties is GARBAGE. It took over 10 min to get waters, only one or two waiters that you barely saw, never got refills, never got sauce we asked for, etc.. The property is amazing in concept and location but the dining experience and losing out on an hour of our first day (had to go to customer service 3 times over being locked out) really just tanked it !
