Refused to administer a Covid test to me because I don't have a vehicle, even though the email confirmation for my appointment said that if I don't have a car I just need to call the pharmacy for directions. Told me to come back to take the drive through test in an Uber--why the hell would I remove my mask in front of an Uber driver and potentially infect him if I might have Covid?? Makes zero sense. Waste of time and money getting dropped off here.Update: I bought a home antigen test and did test positive for Covid. Glad I didn't infect an Uber driver by making him sit in a drive through while I removed my mask to take the test.

They need a manager ASAP. This place is a mess. 5 pharmacists and they are part of the slow team. No more of this Walgreens, I have enough. Very disappointed.

I walked in a couple minutes to closing and was told we are closed. Then another very rude worker named Danisha Lewis continued to tell me how they were closed. I asked what time do yall close bc I was here. She continued to tell me how they were already closed and that she can look at her cameras and see that I walked up after 7! She went on to say they were already closed but they couldn't find a medication. So she pretty much told me they were closed before 7pm closing time. She then tells the pharmacist that he can deal with me bc she is not. I asked the pharmacist for her name and she decided she was needing to deal with me again and loudly say Danisha Lewis! How horrible of a 1st impression from her! I work in the medical field and would never treat a patient that way! Just becuase she was in a hurry to be out by 7pm I was not able to take care of what I needed.

The pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly IF ... you can talk to them in person. However they absolutely cannot be reached by phone. Sometimes to have a prescription filled it takes many phone calls. A normal wait time on the pharmacy phone call is 45 minutes. Plus there are people waiting on the phone in front of you so you could have invested in the phone call is over an hour. The pharmacy staff definitely needs some help.

Do NOT come here, they don’t know what they’re doing. This is also a FedEx location but they don’t do that either, no passwords for the PC. Manager is no help and doesn’t know either. Why have a location open if no one knows what they’re doing nor have customer service skills. DO NOT COME HERE! Smh

I went 2 ask a question inside @ d.pharmacy & d.philipine worker was rude sound very dump to be a pharmacist she didn't even listen I will never use d.pharmacy @ Walgreens she needs a course on customer service

I set up on my computer last night a Covid scan or test. I drive all the way over here for it for a 1045 appointment. The pharmacy is closed they did not notify me I wasted my time it cost me a possible job.

This is a nice spacious Walgreens located basically on the corner of Curry Ford Road and Conway Road. It has a drive-thru pharmacy and the staff here are friendly and professional.As is to be expected with pharmacies today, there is a strong focus on gifts and other sundries, as well as your pharmaceutical needs. All in all, this is a good location to stop at.

This store has changed and not for the better. The pharmacy has not been able to fill prescriptions as requested. Twice I have been there to fill one particular prescription first time they said the contacted physician but did not according to Dr and second time they took it upon themselves to adjust the dispense amount because this time the Dr. Did not put on the Rx the exact usage never stating that they would call to follow with the Dr.I then wait in line again and this time people are walking up and going in front of me because they state I was just here pushing me back for five minutes. I do feel that the store should state that once out of line and walk away you need to wait your turn. Whats up us that no one has any respect for anyone but themselves and the stores are now starting to cater to certain individuals. Unbelieve everyone there is just as important as the next.

The pharmacy here is terrible. They do a get a one star because the pharmacy staff is friendly, however they are extremely understaffed and seem to be extremely inefficient. Came here for a COVID shot. Waited over and hour even though I had an appointment. I was called back up there three different times asking what shot I was getting and asked to fill out the same paperwork but three different people. One person would start entering my stuff in the system and then stop halfway to go do something else. As I waited I saw that in average they were taking 10 minutes a person just to give them a prescription. Not sure what's going on but I'm overall concerned for the staff who doesn't really seem to know what's going on. Maybe this is a pharmacy training site?

The manager 'Dandy' was a completely incompetent individual. He was literally yelling at me aggressively because I asked for a printout of my receipt - very poor social skills and was very nasty and rude to me. Taking out your frustrations out on customers is so ridiculous. I do not recommend this store. CVS is across the street.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Second time in a row that the people in the pharmacy offered me zero assistance in getting my prescription filled. I have insurance, have a prescription and today they actually told me that their computers weren't working because it is raining - seriously? And offered no help. They didn't say come back later or we will call you - nothing. What a joke!
