On hold for 1 hour before whoever kept answering then putting me back on hold just hung up on me. Never got to speak to someone the entire time. Had to call back and request a manager assist since I can't imagine the line was an hour long, thankfully they fixed it. But quite unprofessional behavior from the pharmacist or whoever was keeping the hold on the phone active for that long without giving info and then hanging up. I'll be using a different pharmacy now.

Started calling at 9:05am (takes a few to answer phones), requested a refill for Adderall (controlled, need to call in). Gentleman said it'd be ready in about 2 hrs, and you'll be notified or called if there's any issue. Gave them until 3pm, called back. Same guy (still no notification/call), and was told it's on back order, need to call my dr to have it changed to EITHER 30mg IR or 20mg ER. Called my doctor, sent it (30mg IR) in, came up on the app as processed and ready by 6:11pm. 7:30pm comes around, app still says received and being processed. Alright, maybe if I go in person? Go up there only to speak to THE PHARMACIST, who proceeded to tell me that they are out of that dosage. Not only that, but she said she heard me on the phone with him (same guy ^^), and I was told to request 20mg ER, and when asked why it's processing on the app...."backed up". So, it's my fault clearly...this will be the last time I use this pharmacy. I can't stress enough how few issues I've had at just about every single other branch.

Avoid this location at all costs. Terrible and misleading customer service. They do not follow stated policies, I regret wasting my time. Publix was out of the prescription I needed, so I thought I would go to this location as it was convenient. Big mistake. Days later and still waiting on the prescription to be filled. They said they had to “call my doctor,” but I know from my doctor that they never called. The pharmacy staff here lied to my face.

My doctor sent my prescription to this location and the pharmacy called and told me they weren’t “comfortable” filling my prescription because my doctor’s address is Ft Lauderdale and my home address is Orlando. I know that this prescription is able to filled in Orlando because a Walgreens 10 min away filled it for me last week. (That location was only open during hours that I have to be at work, so my medication is still sitting there. I had my prescription sent to this one that’s closer to me and open on weekends). I asked if they could at least help me find another nearby Walgreens that would be able to help and they just kept saying I wouldn’t be able to get it anywhere in Orlando because of my doctor’s address, ignoring what I told them about another nearby Walgreens doing it last week. I understand if they have to follow a specific policy, but they didn’t try to contact my doctor, they offered zero help or guidance in getting it filled elsewhere, and just kept telling me I can’t get my medication in the city that I live in. Horrible service.

Being 4:08pm on February 2nd, I've been waiting for 15 min and the same car is still at the window! What a shame this pharmacy.

The pharmacy didn't take my aunt who is 76 to get her covid-19 vaccine today, but they would take me to get my shingles vaccine. They insist that you make an appointment for covid-19 vaccine but shingles vaccine. They said that they could me. Then I said if you could take me, than take her instead. She said let me go ask. Then she said no we can't do anybody today because you have to make an appointment for this location. Even though many other locations are far busier than this one. Which is one reason why we chose this location. I will change all my prescriptions to CVS pharmacy. Their competitor.

La peor experiencia!!! Fui a sacar 6 fotos tipo pasaporte y la persona que me atendió (Efrain Rodríguez) me habló fuerte y me hizo perder 50 minutos y no cumplió lo que prometio, mintió y me cobró $32 de más! Ahora me voy sin mis fotos y el tiempo perdido por este representante!

I paid for an online curbside order and paid for a photo order and for some reason their system is so complicated that both orders could not be brought out to me at the same time. What a joke.

Had an appointment for vaccine at 1, nurse took lunch at 1:30, have been waiting for over an hour! The pharmacy is not busy at all. Book somewhere else for your COVID vaccine.

I love the pharmacy staff specifically. They are sooo kind and considerate and they pay attention to the prescription details Kudos Walgreens a!!!
