I placed an order for delivery, and somehow it was sent to the North Lane Walgreens in Orlando. It was supposed to be delivered by Uber, but was never picked up by the Uber driver. This location is a 45 minute drive from me. When I called the store, and we were able to figure out what happened, Jerry, who I believe was the manager offered to drive it to my side of town for me. This was unbelievable! I would give 10 stars if I were able! Talk about going over and above! Thank you Jerry! How lucky you are Walgreens to have such an amazing employee!

the worst customer service I've ever had. They recently hired a new pharmacist assistant(Amanda) and she is so rude. 3 times in a row she has given me issues where I haven't be able to fill my prescription... it's how she dealt with it all that pushed me away. First time, I came in with my prescriptions and have previously used coupons here. Well she said I can't use any coupons. I tried to explain I really need the prescription and the pharmacist usually can help even just a little bit. Please... She said no. Bring them in yourself.. so I couldn't afford it and went without. I lost my job... second time, I get a new job and health insurance. She said sorry I can't use it, your birthday is 1 digit off. And then today she said my insurance was declined even tho she never put in the new info. So why didn't she tell me that before? Or maybe she could try re running the card with my proper birthday. But no... Just very rudely says we can't fill your prescriptions, call your doctor. It's not my problem. I have been filling here for YEARS I will never come back as long as she's here.i understand paperwork but you'd think she'd be at least a little more compassionate. Nothing. Despicable really. She needs better training on customer service and compassion in the health care industry.
