Im always missing doses of my meds because they pharmacy staff never have them filled on time or they out of stock. The pharmacy staff are rude, doesn't smile and provide a horrible customer service. I transferred all my medication to a different pharmacy and I don't have any issues.

I came in tonight to pick up a picture from the photo lab at my Walgreens at the corner of Narcoossee and Moss Rd. I have been shopping at for many years now. I get to the counter there is no one there I wait about 4 minutes for someone to help me. I see the lady that works there walking by and I said excuse me plz, I need to pick up a picture please, she looked at me and kept walking and proceeded down an isle of the store looked like she is putting away a few pieces of merchandise, like that couldn’t wait till later? I said again, mam can you plz help me… meanwhile there are customers on the isle standing next to her and they look at me and they heard me and even one customer said mam I think that customer needs help, she still ignores me putting up a few products. Then the 3rd time she is on the next isle and I said can you please come help I need to get a pick up order and then she mumble under her breath in Spanish a rude comment & again ignored me all together, but to make a rude comment under her breath… absolutely unprofessional and I know I wouldn’t want anyone working at my place of business that treated customers like that it’s gross. At that point I took it upon myself to get my 1 photo I needed to pick up. The young lady at the front register was busy and had a line of people waiting to be checked out. I would think that customers are way more important then putting up a few piece of merchandise that a client didn’t want and especially when a customer needs help, put away products when it’s not busy or at closing time& asked repeatedly and was ignored. This woman that works at this Walgreens is alway rude too. I will be calling the district manager on this one. And I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. It takes one bad apple to put a bad taste in one’s mouth. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy technician who was in charge tonight at 8:30pm was extremely rude for no reason. People who are picking up prescriptions because they are sick have enough problems they do not need your nasty attitude. Young pretty petite black female who is constantly on her phone.

Horrible pharmacy, they always take forever to fill prescriptions, telling you they'll fill it and when you come back they tell you they never got your order. Absolutely the worst walgreens I've been in

Worst pharmacy ever. They forgot to give me my painkillers after I just had a surgery this morning. Make sure to double check your bags. If they don't forget, it's always an excuse whether they don't have it, the next day, and then suddenly it's a week later no medicine.

As a physician looking to get a covid vaccine, I can say this pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever seen. It is disorganized terribly. I filled everything out online and then I'm told that doesn't help ....you have to wait 30 minutes to get some papers to fill out again and in spite of my appointment it looks like I will be delayed about one and a half hours. Just terrible service overall... I left without getting anything done

Worse Pharmacy ever! Should not even get 1 star. Pharmacy filled my prescription incorrectly shorted me 15 day supply and still tried to blame insurance for not covering it even tho they did not make it right being it was their mistake. A prescription for 30 day supply 2x a day is 60 pills, a pharmacy should know how to count and not give me 30 pills and call it a day when I call to complain. They filled it for the remaining days and hit my insurance again for the remaining and of course my insurance denied it because it's too soon to fill. It's Walgreens fault not mine, not my insurance , not my dr. Always trying to blame someone else but their own. When I already went thru everything with the pharmacist accepting the blame I go pick it up two days later and they want over $600 when my script copay is $20! My insurance should not cover their mistake when they paid their part already not our fault that the pharmacist cannot count, the incompetents gave me half the months supply only. Month after months it's a different issue I'll get a text my script is ready I go in to pick up and it's not even started. That's happened at least three times in 2 months I have only been with them 2.5 months. I see the community reviews not good on them either but instill try to give them a chance. They don't seem to care to make things right. They hit my insurance over and over again filing my scripts before time, filling a script twice in one day then try blame my Dr for sending the script twice. I checked with my Dr and they said it's impossible they did that once it's sent by fax they don't send again. Pure incompetence and I'm taking all of my scripts out of there. Customer service is rude in person as much as they are over the are phone. Picking up scripts should not be so stressful!

This pharmacy is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place ever. Always have to wait and your prescription is NEVER ready nor correct. I suffer from COPD and asthma, very serious. Was told oopps sorry at another location and we close in 20 mins. It was about 4:20pm Sept. 2nd, long weekend. So I had to suffer w/o my pumps because of THEIR mistakes. UNFORGIVABLE. Do not go there the staff is nasty, rude and uncaring. I HAD to put 1 star to post it, I would give them negative if I could.

Shift lead Evelyn very rude and cutting. Did not seem to care of even try to look for the product when it said available online. If that is your store leader then what a great example she sets for the rest.

If I could write zero stars, I would with this location. I called to see what the best time to have a passport taken would be. The lady who answered the phone just told me no, and hung up on me. I called back again thinking she possibly misunderstood what I was asking. Very rudely, she said no again. I said their website as well as Walgreens lists this location for passport photos. Very rudely again, she then said her camera is broken and cannot do photos. I asked why she couldn’t have just said that in the first place. Then she hung up again.

They are not convenient at all. You download the app thinking they will communicate any delays, but they don't. If a prescription isn't available LET PEOPLE KNOW. I had to call them to find out the prescription was not available. Isn't the purpose of the app so they can let you know the status of the prescriptions without having to call and wait over 20 minutes for someone to answer?

What happened Walgreens? 10 years ago you were great. Now this store is pathetic. Long waits from pharmacy to general checkout. No one communicates with the customer. Sorry to see you go, but it’s time we sever ties.

Great service on the pick up medication. My doctor sent the recipe today and literally the same day they sent a text message letting me know it was ready to pick it up. Also I found other stuff I was looking for. Thank you.

One of the best pharmacies for prescriptions and over the counter drugs, like vitamins, pain killers, cough medicine, eye drops etc...the list is long. (drive thru pharmacy and in store shopping at this location)
