I only gave the one star because I had to. This location deserves no stars. This is the worst Walgreens ever! The staff at the pharmacy is so slow its like they're not even working. On top of being super slow and making you wait hours in line they chat away with the customers and do not do their job and it makes the line move even slower. When you complain they just ignore you. They're getting paid for nothing- they really are. They take forever to get your medication . The medication is right behind them why does it take 30 minutes to get someone their medication. Even when I'm the only one in line and there is no customers in the drive thru either they still take an extremely long time to check me out. It's beyond ridiculous. I really hate this Walgreens Landstar location- it's beyond horrible. All of these complaints and Walgreens wouldn't do anything about it. Ridiculous.

I know this is not new. The pharmacy is very slow 1. if you pick up your medicine, you will wait there is a line and one person at the window. 2 if you try to call on the phone, they don’t answer the phone.

This is the slowest pharmacy that I ever seen in my life .... Lord!I'm sure they get promotions and good pay for the most slow employee. I wish somebody teach them to move a little bit faster and that customer services include not to leave a customer in a line for almost an hour waiting!Bye bye Walgreens... CVS here I go.?♂️

HORRIBLE service, you can literally spend more then two hours on hold if you call and when it is your turn they hang up the call. Wait times in pharmacy lines are INSANE slow. There is no personal to assist. If I could give a zero starts, I would.

Janet helped me out today for about 30min at the photo dept. I was trying to print a 2 sided thank you card and the system was making it more difficult than it should be to do this. I was willing to call it quits a few times but she was patient and wanted to get it just right for me. I appreciate you Janet and the excellent customer service you displayed to me. It is so rare these days to find people who are kind and willing to just help you with something they may know more about. Walgreens please value employees like Janet because they are rare now a days.

Slowest Walgreens I've ever been too. 45 mins to see someone just for them to tell me they still haven't prepared my order. Ridiculous

I had to visit this Walgreens to have a prescription filled while visiting friends in Orlando. It's nice to have my prescription with Walgreens because they are everywhere and there's typically no issues. This Walgreens' pharmacy is a disaster! I saw the negative reviews, but I thought it couldn't be that bad, it's Walgreens...I was wrong. They text to say my prescriptions were ready, so I go to pick them up. Surprise, one is ready and the other won't be ready until after 3pm. Ok, a little irritating, don't say they're ready if they're not. But fine, I'll come back. I came back after 3pm, and there were 4 cars in line at the drive thru. Ok, I'll wait. 30 minutes later, and I'M STILL IN LINE!!! And the worst part is their line is setup so that you can't just leave. So, I'm being held hostage by their poor customer service. Well, I finally reach the window after 40 minutes, only to be told that my prescription is still not ready. They told me to come back after 3pm, I came back at 4pm, waited 40 minutes in line, and it's still not ready. The person at the window says, they said it'll be about another 90 minutes. We will text you when it's done. YOU TEXT ME THIS MORNING THAT IT WAS DONE AND IVE BEEN HERE TWICE! Now I have to come back a 3rd time because it's not ready. This place is the Popeye's of pharmacies. Trust the reviews on this one, get your medication somewhere else.

This Walgreens is soooooo slow at the pharmacy. It’s like they get paid for being a slow as possible. How hard is it to be more efficient at releasing prescriptions at a faster pace? Jesus. I hope Walgreens corporate would fire the whole staff. But that’s not gonna happen. If you are gonna get your meds here be prepared to wait an unnecessary amount of time that you’ll never get back.

If you didn't need medication before going to the pharmacy, you'll need something to soothe the pain during your visit. My wife and I have gone to this Walgreens for years because our insurance company contracts there business. So our option to go elsewhere is limited. The pharmacist is rude and indifferent to her customers. On several occasions my wife and I had to deal directly with her after it was determined that we had requested our medications a few days ahead of schedule. She chose to confront us about the medication and our management of them in front of other customers. She decided to dress us down instead of helping us - in front of staff and other customers. The staff there for the past couple years have been borderline incompetent. For instance, on the occasion I was scolded by the pharmacist for medication management, I explained it was the staff there who had informed me on at least 3 occasions that my medication was ready for re-fill, only to find out later it was not the case. They are disorganized and often have trouble finding medications as they wade through the clutter of prescription bags waiting other customers. Painful. Also, if your doctor has called in a prescription for you, double check that the doctor actually speaks with someone there as well because we've had occasions where our doctor's assistant would call in the prescriptions hours before only to have the tech tell me or my wife that the medication hasn't been called in yet. We've gone back and forth with our PCP's office and the pharmacy so many times that it is yep...painful. If you need your medication quickly...well be prepared to wait. What's worse is when one calls in to the pharmacy around 6:00pm on a weekday our around 4pm on the weekend, you'll be told that your medication won't be ready until the following day. You need to make sure you tell them that won't work and you need it sooner. You may be surprised that they can do it the same day. Why would they tell you otherwise to begin with...who knows...but ye...painful. If you are expecting good customer service, you'd better go back home and cozy up with your favorite blanket watching Ted Lasso or some other comedy to dull the pain when you encounter the tech or even worse the pharmacist. As a person who relies on the pharmacy to be a safe, convenient, pain-free experience, to dispense with medications without hassle, it's a shot in the arm going there - every time. One might even say it's painful visiting this Walgreens. They really should be investigated.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I ordered invitations and they were supposed to be ready on a Tuesday night. I called Wednesday morning and they hadn’t started the order. They said they would call me when they finished them. I never received a call. I called again on Thursday they said they had the order ready. I came to get it and they tried to give me someone else’s photos. Finally I got my invitations only to find later that day that they only fulfilled half the order. I called back and spoke to a manager and she called later to tell me that they didn’t have enough paper to fulfill the order. I asked if she could send it to another Walgreens and she said she could and would call me when the order was placed. Again, I never received a call. At this point I’m not sure I will receive the second half of my order and wish I would have gone through any other company but this one.

Cashier sat talking to some lady who needed to do 3 orders to get cash back. She slowly scanned every single item and was clearly more invested in the woman’s conversation than anyone in line. The line was 8-12 people deep by the time she finished her first customer. When I put my items on the counter she looked at the line and sighed and acted like we were an inconvenience. This is a typical experience at this location.

Omg. Why did I say Walgreens? Whyyyyy? Been in line for 45 min and there are 6 people working in the back? Disney lines move faster on Christmas Day. And when I finally arrive at the counter, they say, “it’s not been processed yet for refill.” I said, “it’s a brand new med, not a refill.” She repeated, “It’s not been processed for refill.” I said, “Just cancel it. I’ll have the doc send it to CVS.”When the doc said “Which pharmacy?” Why did “Walgreens Landstar” come out of my mouth? For the love of humanity . . . Why????? At least the employees seem to be having fun back there. That’s what’s important I guess.

Got a text that my prescription was ready. My husband went to pick up. Drive thru was crazy and inside had a line. After about 20min my husband got to the window and no one acknowledged him or said anything. After another 20 minutes of being ignored, he called me and said he was leaving. Will try again tomorrow but this is so unprofessional and rude!! After reading other reviews, I see this is normal!

This is one of the stupidest place I have ever been. Three hours for taking a covid booster. Pharmacist has his brains in the place where it never shines. Asked me to fill out same form for 3 times. Someone needs to teach these people effectiveness and time management.
