The pharmacists are all so lovely and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience. They call to check in, deliver my medications, and treat me with respect and kindness. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. I really really appreciate everyone I've ever interacted with here because they are genuine and caring and know their craft! Thank you for all you do!

This review is for Danielle. Absolutely top notch service from her. It's so refreshing to go into a place like a pharmacy and be met with someone who so totally and obviously gets it. Danielle gets it. She's smart, friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for in a customer service setting, especially one like a pharmacy? Let's face it, it's not really an exciting place to shop and most of us are there because something is wrong. Danielle helped ease the pain today. Thanks!!

In person I usually get pretty good service (bear in mind this isn’t a full-blown Walgreens, I really just get my meds filled here). I’ve mostly seen women working here and they’ve always been nice and helpful in the store. On the phone, I swear the people are different humans. Short, rude, don’t want to answer questions, don’t really care if you understand the issue if there is something weird happening with your medication, etc. I’ve even heard them talking on the phone to what could’ve only been an elderly person having trouble understanding them, repeating themselves ruder and louder over and over again before either being hung up on or hanging up. I understand people are difficult but I really don’t understand how she could go from that to being completely sweet and chipper while she rang me up. Weirdest vibe ever.

My prescription was supposed to be delivered by FedEx but it kept being delayed. On the day I was going to run out, the pharmacy manager, Mr. Vipul Vassa drove from Orlando to Mount Dora to personally deliver the prescription. He had a minor accident while on the road but he still was able to put the refrigerated med into my hands around 7pm, on a Friday night. He is a very caring man. We need more people like him in this world.

Great compounding pharmacy with very friendly techs! Searched all over the central Florida area and they were the only place that had what I needed and for a lot cheaper than what I was quoted at mail in places. They were also able to ship me my prescription so I didn’t have to make the long drive every time.

They say they'll call when your prescription is ready, but don't count on that. The prescription could be late, but then when it arrives they will NOT let you know. So make sure that you call them yourself because you won't receive the automated message that they take your number down for and say you'll receive.Friendly service, but unreliable when it comes to timeliness and notification.

Worst place I've ever been first they can't tell you if they can fill your prescription over the phone so you have to drive there. And if you don't have your previous pharmacy information they can't fill it with just a Fl D.L. and a actual doctors script from advent health in the same city... Wouldn't recommend using this place at all.
