Pharmacy has terrible communication. I requested to have my prescription transferred here 4 days ago and ever time I call they keep me in super long holds. I don't wanna drive 20mins away and they don't have my prescription. They are unorganized at this location

Love this Walgreens... All the associates are super friendly and very helpful. The store is STOCKED and always has what I need!! Plus, the pharmacy is ON POINT!! Ashley is the sweetest!! 👏🏼✨👏🏼✨👏🏼

Marianne was great! Extremely efficient, she knew what to do and solved every request I had, and even an audio problem in seconds. This drive-through can get a bit busy, but they’re pretty efficient. Thank you!

Never fails everytime that we call the pharmacy we have been on hold for an hour and 38 min ,all calls have never been less than 48min, they need to do better

This is one of the best big-chain pharmacies I've been to. They're pretty organized, pick up the phone when you call and get the prescriptions filled when they say they're going to. That's pretty rare, in my experience with other Walgreens locations and CVS! Ive been going to this Walgreens for over 3 years now and don't have any major complaints.

I have been filling RX's at this Walgreens location for almost 6 years and I just can't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS polite and helpful, even when they are very busy. People, the pharmacy staff has nothing to do with your insurance co-pay amounts, or whatever your doctors' office screwed up. They also can't help it if ten people are in line before you, causing a long wait. They simply fill the orders as they come in and hand them off to you, while also giving important info on the meds you are getting when needed. So stop being a&*holes. If you have a problem with your meds being expensive, take it to your insurer or doctors office. Try to be patient and use common sense. Kindness will get you so much more than rudeness. Thank you to 408 E. Michigan staff for always being professional and polite!

My Walgreens credit card was refused. The associate could not have been kinder, but I was shocked, and used an alternate CC. I called the toll free 1-855 customer service number and was told my Walgreens balance was $58 and that I only had a $100 credit line. I said, "My attempted purchase was $14, where's the problem?" No excuse. No apology. Anyone else been similarly plagued?!!

It was late when i got there but I picked up my prescription with no problem. Both the pharmacy person and the cashier were friendly and chill.

rating specifically the photo department.
I ordered 2 copies each of 2 different pictures on the app. it showed me that this Walgreens had wall art available. so I ordered the above copies and not only was the order done 20 minutes late (and only because I came in and asked why it wasn't done yet did it actually get done), but this Walgreens did not have the wall art prints I ordered so it just defaulted to regular photos without telling me. the employee was very kind but I found the entire experience very upsetting, as the prints were commissioned art of my recently deceased cat that I wanted to hang on my wall.

Horrible pharmacy/location. The hold times are ASTRONOMICAL. They tell people the medication is not there and when I go to the doctor's office, the doctor will call( right in front of me) and the pharmacy will inform them otherwise. This happens ALL THE TIME!

Pharmacy - why why why have a sign for a dedicate line for express checkout pass when it is use as regular pick up and drop of. Every single time and not only put an intern to handle that specific line who does know what an express pass is? Express pass should be in out out because it is already prepaid. When I asked why the back office lady said there is nothing she can do and I would need to contact corporate directly.
