I wish I could give ZERO stars. WORST PHARMACY EVER. they will tell you your prescription is ready, you show up. It’s not ready. They say that they will get it ready. Wait 20 minutes after 20 minutes I go up and my prescription was not filled. Just wowww waste of time !!!

The customer service at this pharmacy is abysmal. They’re usually understaffed and rarely answer the phone or have any time to help with any issue. I wish they’d improve.

Worst service with the worst attitude I've ever seen in a retail store. Returned 2 item purchased for my dying loved one that passed away before I got there to use the items. I handed the clerk at the register my receipt Sunday, 1/19/2025 around 10:15am, and the two items I just purchased a few days ago, explained the situation and I was met with nothing but disdain and an ugly attitude. No condolences, no understanding, hardly said a word, just looked at me like I was trash. This is one of the reasons why people are flocking to the online stores. Shop at the store if you must but keep your expectations in check. Simply horrible management.

Had an appointment for a flu shot. Arrived on time. Many things are busted here. Spent an hour waiting to get a the flu shot which should probably take all of 5 minutes to get done if they were actually prepared. Would not recommend at all. The tech was nice though.

There's a reason why it's only 2 stars.
I changed pharmacies a long time ago because they kept making errors on my prescriptions. I was trying to pick up a prescription for a friend today and after waiting an hour and a half after being told it would be 20 minutes, I left. My friend will have to make other arrangements as this was the only time I had.
The store is disgusting, needs a serious deep clean and remodel. There was no cashier at the front with customers waiting. How do they stay in business.

Walgreens' text told me all three RXs were ready for pick-up. Unfortunately though the only one in line, the inept employee searched hi and low and finally needed help to find all three! (3 scripts? Yes, I was sick and perhaps cranky. But that's no excuse for Walgreens' staff to not at LEAST apologize for the extra time they searched. How much? Only 10 minutes, but think about it. The RXs are in alphabetic bins! REALLY?)

Pharmacy and pharmacists are so lazy. Have been waiting over 30 hours to get prescribed eye drops.. show up and he tells me to give him 15 minutes to fill it.. fine. Come back in 15 minutes and their closed, as if he did it on purpose.

Pharmacy is clearly understaffed, everyone was polite and helpful but it took almost an hour past my appointment time to get a covid test, and I was told I would get the results in 30 minutes, it has been over two hours so far since the test was administered. There were only a couple of people waiting with me, so there wasn’t a huge crowd or anything
