I had a great experience with Mrs.V. Genuinely a very kind lady and made sure to take care of me. She made sure I got everything and helped me the whole way. Past the amazing customer service, it was an enjoyable interaction and I hope to come back and be helped by Mrs.V.

Went last week to the liquor store next to the pharmacy. I was talking trying to figure what I want to drink while talking to my sister on the phone, a tall guy asked me rudely if I was ready to check out, and I said no. He then proceeded to tell me the store is purchase only, I told him that I knew that, and that I was trying to decide what I wanted. I left the store immediately after that, but I regret doing so, I should have asked for the manager and talked about proper customer interactions. I was there like 2 hours before the close so I wasn’t even stopping him from going home or anything, I didn’t understand what was his problem with me looking around the store.

The pharmacy told me to wait 15 minutes for my prescription and then closed it without calling or texting.

My thanks it’s for Mr. Patel in Kirkman Rd. Store Walgreens, because is the best worker in the place. He is very cool and very attentive whit the customers. He it’s the best.

Keyrra was amazingly helpful during a stressful time before and after Hurricane Milton. The pharmacy team was able to get my disabled husband the meds he needed to keep him alive! Thank you Walgreens and esp K!!!

What a terrible service 😡 the man who is at the cash register treated a person in front of me very poorly and told him that he didn't speak Spanish just to not help him and the lady told him if you understand me and as soon as he left the store a man arrived. gentleman to greet the cashier and he did so in Spanish calmly. What a shame you are as a Latino and as a store you are sad 😡 🤦 😒

It was literally just walking from the store and asked and employee if he waited here, because he wasn't wearing a name tag. He said, "yes, but I'm on break", and then walked away. Lol. I was literally just going to ask if they had Velcro, but was so shocked by his response that's I couldn't even get the question out. They need serious customer service training at this store evidently. That's crazy. It's obvious there's a very real reason why the sky is only working at a Walgreens. Crazy.
