2814 W Kennedy Blvd, Orlando, FL 32810 walgreens: Stay far away, this is the worse walgreens pharmacy I ever been apart of from filling up the wrong prescriptions to telling you lies because they don't want to do there jobs. One day after my surgery i came in to fill my pain meds my doctor sent that same day they tell me to come back in a hour i do so with so much pain the associate tells me the manufacturer don't make that med wich was a lie come to find out they gave it to the wrong person
I was so angry and hurt. Between horrible attitudes wrong information Corporate needs to come in and fire everybody in pharmacy !!ZERO!! stars if possible

Went looking for OTC inhaler Primetine Mist and said the pharmacy has it and they're closed at 630p on a Saturday! Why on Earth would this not be out like in any other Walgreens for customer to purchase? Isn't this the reason they made these for emergency breathing of those unable to get prescription at the time? Only positive was the older gentleman who was helping me look.

Poor service and education. Return policy says with original receipt or order number. Staff is unable to complete a return with a physical receipt despite the email confirmation for the order pick up and order information on their app.

This pharmacy denied my medication and I’m getting told it’s up to the pharmacy manager and he denied my medication I do not recommend using this location I am now not able to obtain my medication and will probably have to go to the hospital since I live in Orlando and Miami due to work and my dr is in Miami location please train your professionals this is unacceptable and will be contacting the better business bureau . I understand the why but the fact that it’s up to the pharmacist to approve or deny my medication is unethical because I’ve been having ongoing issues with this person since October 2023 prior to that never had an issue only that they are extremely rude to patients in need.

Manager today @6:35 pm counting the money/ taking care of the middle register draw is nasty, rude, and doesn't know how to speak to his employees or customers. Smh it's a shame. The man working the photo register is nice and the older man working the front register very nice polite and respectful. You should treat your employees with respect. Would give 5 stars for the 2 employees but the manager is terrible.

So happy with my this walgreens ! I meant to write this sooner. I would not go to any other place for my medicine! The pharmacist approved my medication one day before it was due . I had a flight the next day and she was very accommodating! I can’t remember her name bc they rotate the pharmacist but I think it was Iyana …. Not 100 % but I do know Laura and CeCe. These ladies always are so personal able! Keep up the great work and taking care of your patients !

Somehow everytime I get a gift card from this store a random person always somehow ends up using my gift card and taking my money using it for random stuff. Last month i got a visa reuseable card and it was on hold for days and days after calling and calling and being told its not on hold anymore, took about a whole WEEK OR TWO before being able to use it. Imagine if i needed that money right then and there. This month i put 30 in another one hoping it would be fine and it was an accident, tell me why all my moneys gone and i got $3.92 to my name, this is absolutely crazy. Dont buy from here especially not gift cards. My sister aswell bought a food gift card for her boyfriend and when they went to eat in person the card somehow didn't work. I also have to wait 45-90 days just for MY money back in MY account. This also happened with a uber card that i put $50 into and a worker accidently put $25 and I went back to that store LESS 20 MINUTES after and spoke to the manager and couldn't get my money back they told me that has something to do with "uber" and to this day don't have that $25 dollars MIND you this was a YEAR ago. Thankfully I've learned my lesson to never again buy any gift cards from here.

When I need something quick I make the trip. It’s always open late and you can fine a lot of things. Food also like breakfast items.

There are actually two other Walgreens that are closer to me, but I always prefer this one. The pharmacy tech is always pleasant and efficient, every single time I’ve went there. Tonight she even said, “I hope you feel better.” That little bit of extra kindness goes a long way, especially when you’re not feeling well.

Im a physician. Had a patient who was told from another walgreens that she had been going to for years that they wont fill her prescription because her zip code is too far away. So she found this one near her home. The prescription was send electronically as the patient was due for refills the next day. The Pharmacist (Nikesh) did not notify the patient that he required detailed information from her medical chart prior to filling the prescription. I only became aware because the patient was able to contact me. I called the pharmacist and asked him what was needed besides the diagnosis (which I had provided on the original prescription). The pharmacist required unnecessarily personal information. I explained that I was happy to provide that after the patient's consent, but given the immediate need of the patient not going into withdrawal, it would have made sense for him to call my office to alert of us of the paperwork as we get over 200 faxes day. His response was "i cant stay on hold 20 minutes calling every doctor's office". I explained to him that I was between patient appointments and was doing exactly that to ensure the patient didnt end up in the emergency room. I confirmed that the information was faxed and recommended that if he requires less then 72 hour turn around he should call to expedite the process. His response was less than enthusiastic. The patient intends to file a complaint and it is my recommendation that this is not an establishment that understands the level of control they have over the well being of their customers. I do believe I prevented a serious malpractice claim on their end and they seemed to be flippant about it. I would NOT recommend anyone visit this particular pharmacy, and reconsider having any of their prescriptions sent to walgreens in general.
