I made an online purchase and was given the wrong thing, I was told to return the items to the store in exchange them for what I wanted. So I went to the store two days later and got my items. I went to the cashier in photos because there wasn't a cashier in the front of the store. Dejanice, the cashier wanted to return my money because she (obviously) didn't know how to exchange the products, so she called the manager for help. I told her that I just wanted an exchange and with the store manager standing beside her she shouted at me. I told her she was very rude, and the manager didn't correct her or apologize for her lack of professionalism. I have lived in this area for more than 20 years and visit this store very often, and I've never been disrespected like this. Why would Walgreens employ someone like that? smh She even uses the F-word at a poor homeless woman who was in the store. Absolutely disgusting!!!

This place is just ghetto I went to look for some chips , I am from Canada I ask one worker where do they have the chips immediately she started talking to the next employee saying I was high out loud like i was not gone hear her. They just be hiring anybody these days , thank God Canada is not like this. These employees had no training at all if you can do your job stay home, all about money now days what happen to customers service

I placed an order for delivery, and somehow it was sent to the North Lane Walgreens in Orlando. It was supposed to be delivered by Uber, but was never picked up by the Uber driver. This location is a 45 minute drive from me. When I called the store, and we were able to figure out what happened, Jerry, who I believe was the manager offered to drive it to my side of town for me. This was unbelievable! I would give 10 stars if I were able! Talk about going over and above! Thank you Jerry! How lucky you are Walgreens to have such an amazing employee!
