I just wanted to leave a review because the last few months visiting this location the customer service has been excellent. Like all of the new employees are so kind and attentive to the customers. Whoever did the hiring selection knew exactly what they were doing.

How are you going to 1) have me on hold for 25 minutes 2) automated system hangs up 3) I call back and speak to a manager who then transfers me back to the endless hold of the pharmacy but he ensures me he’ll tell the pharmacists to pick up 4) have me on hold for 15 more minutes 5) hang up on me again 6) have me talk to the shift lead who I beg to not put me on hold with pharmacy without talking to them first 7) have me on hold for another 15 minutes and then hang up again.
THE WORST PHARMACY AND PHONE SYSTEM IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. TERRIBLE MANAGER ANF SHIFT LEAD. Either gut the staff or turn this place into a Spirit Halloween so it’ll be somewhat useful.

Both of these wonderful employees helped me. They even went the extra mile and placed the poster inside the canvas for me. Their names are Tangee and Jelian . Amazing kind ladies! 🫠🙂

I don't understand why this Walgreens is so slow even for pickup orders, I'm at the point that is faster if I go to the Michigan Walgreens because they finish your pickup order in less than an hour

Disgusting restrooms that haven't been cleaned in probably months! We need drugs and vaccinations just to keep us healthy from these Disgusting bathrooms! I almost want to clean them myself!

I recently moved from Kissimmee to Orlando. I logged in to the app to transfer my prescription a week before I needed to pick it up. The day before I needed my script, I checked the app to see what the status was. It said action was required and to call the pharmacy. When I did, they asked if I could call back the next day as they had suffered a power outage from a storm earlier in the day. So I called the following day and they took the information needed to fill my script and said they would text me when ready. I receive the text the next day and drive to the pharmacy, they didn’t have anything ready for me and information did not pop up when they entered my DOB. After searching and asking what I am wanting to pick up, they tell me a generic version had been ordered for me and if I wanted what I was asking it would need to be ordered for pickup the next day. I receive a text at 1:10pm the next day saying it is ready, so I travel to the pharmacy, wait in line at the drive through only to have them slide a closed sign into the window and not say anything. This was beyond rude and a waste of my time and gas. Why would you notify someone to come get their script that is now PAST DUE right before a lunch break? I am beyond frustrated.

The pharmacy staff is so rude. Such a bad customer service. They hang your call and I call back and they told me to go to another Walgreens so rude and they don’t leave you talk a lady and a Man so rude.

Kristel at the pharmacy was so rude. My husband and I just escaped horrifying aftermath of hurricane helene and I’m just trying to obtain prescriptions necessary to manage my health. She showed no empathy or compassion to my situation. She was very mean. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and am appalled.
