One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. They’re rude on the telephone when they even bother to answer. They don’t follow or acknowledge the written instruction section if you submit a prescription online. I have had a prescription sitting in their queue since January ’23. They claim they cannot fill it for “supply” reasons. However, no other Walgreens in the area has had issues filling the same exact prescription in recent months. To make matters even worse, I have had friends who have gotten the same exact prescription filled from this location in recent months.

I would give no stars if I could. My mother-in-law is blind and thank God I saw her insulin bottle before she injected herself because it was expired. It is 09/22/2023 and the insulin expired 05/2023 and she just picked them up on 09/17/2023. She went back and there was no apology where this could effect her body and was told it was bound to happen. All they did was switch it and than also said it was not the correct vials because they were trial vials. Everytime she goes, there's an issue where she is informed her medication or prescription is not there and she tells them it should be there and she speaks up about it, within 3 mins everything appears. If people do not want to work they need to be let go and find employee's dedicated to working. This is not something that should be done because lives are not replaceable and how many people could have or have already taken expired medication and gotten sick or possibly died. Just know we will be filing a complaint with the board of pharmacy!

Don't know why ER SEND MY Prescription here I don't come here anyway I came in to pick it up I'm in pain and they close until 10 am are you serious aghhh so annoying the funny part is that I went to another Walgreens first and they sed it was in this Walgreens store and that it was ready to pick up Humm hello lies this is close

They have not been able to provide my medication for over a month. I have called three times a week and wait on hold for 30 minutes just for them to tell me the same thing week after week. Seriously, just avoid this Walgreens.

Whenever I visit this particular Walgreens pharmacy, I can't help but notice that the young girls on pharmacy staff never seem to smile and are consistently rude, often displaying a negative attitude. If you dare to ask them a question, they immediately become defensive and start huffing and puffing. It's time for Walgreens to take action and retrain their staff on how to properly interact with the public. The unpleasant demeanor and lack of professionalism displayed by these young pharmacy employees is simply unacceptable.

I go to this pharmacy because it's close to my home. However, they are understaffed. They close early, outside of normally scheduled hours, are completely closed on random days, and when you call - expect to be on hold for 30 minutes. They need to hire more people.

They are always out of everything. They take from 15-45 mins to answer the phone and when they do they either hang up or are very unhelpful. They give you wrong information all the time. Worst I pharmacy I've ever encountered.

Very rude pharmacist and we’re talking about the main pharmacist. They also have young girl with dark curly hair they are training to be rude to customers not knowing if it was not for us they wouldn’t have a job. They need new management to get them under control. Run from this drug store find another place to go.

This is for everyone bashing the pharmacy. Walgreens closed down 3 stores and jammed them all into one. The employees at this store are just as unhappy as all of you people complaining. They have a job to do and are extremely overworked and horribly understaffed. Walgreens finally announced they now are more concerned with quality than quantity but have already proven that's not true. The first thing they did was cut back on employees hours making them shorthanded again. Instead of bashing these hard working employees, call their main office and see if they will listen. I'm guessing they are not reading your reviews.

re: Pharmacy Conway and Curry Ford, You simply can't get them on the phone. If you have a spare two hours you may or may not get someone.They need just one more person. If they simply had enough pharmacy staff to answer the phone their ratings would go through the roof!

Worst pharmacy location I've dealt with.They don't answer their phone, I wait for my Rx longer than it takes paint to dry at the drive thru and walking in regardless of time of day.I should have read all the reviews prior to choosing this pharmacy.

Be careful about coming here. I had my insurance on the phone trying to talk to them and they did not want to hand out their corporate number to her.They are doing some shady things. The pharmacist guy was fumbling with his words trying to avoid getting in trouble.I'm so done with Walgreens. We should all boycott them. Maybe then we'll have pharmacist that don't place their beliefs ahead of their jobs. Maybe then we'll also get honest good workers.

I ordered a poster board print online to this location. A day and a half later I get the confirmation email that it’s complete. I go that night to pick it up and after searching around and not finding it - they tell me that somebody must have completed it but not done the job. I ask if they can just complete the order and I’ll pick it up the following day. The manager tells me “of course and I’m here at 2pm tomorrow so if anything, I’ll call you”.The next day I receive no call, but I do receive another email saying that my order has been completed. I go back that night to pick my print up and, again, there is no print. The same manager tells me “oh somebody called you” (which they did not) come to find out they have 5 people working and not one of them knows how to work the printer. The manager keeps telling me that “someone from dayshift must have completed the order without actually doing it”. I can’t believe that a company would spend thousands of dollars on a poster board printer and not educate its employees on how to operate it, nor teach them how to operate a phone if an order can’t be fulfilled so that I don’t waste MY time trying to pick it up two days in a row.That manager left me standing there waiting for 30 minutes with only the poor cashier girl to answer my questions, I left without resolution from the manager.
