Would never extremely shop here get all my prescriptions here for years asked them to match a price on a product that was overpriced that was cheaper at all places Target and the young manager lead said no guess I'll be picking up my prescriptions from somewhere else starting next month !!

I’m at this location several times a month for prescriptions. Every single month they have an issue (out of stock, we didn’t get your order, no one faxed us anything, etc.). I’ve come to learn they make their own rules and they’re the ones messing up- NOT EVERYONE ELSE. The latest and greatest “rule” was the pharmacist made my physician write him a note that the prescription I was trying to fill was necessary and that me and my doc discussed it. Yes, you read that correct. Additionally, he refused to fill ANY prescription of mine until he had that on file. I have like 11 prescriptions a month. It was not new medication. It was not a new doctor. It was not the first time they have filled it for me. It is a monthly prescription. Also, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the pharmacy so you’re better off just going somewhere else.

Worst walgreens EVER! I’d rather slice my own eyeballs out then have to come back here! Corporate should be ashamed for allowing illegal activity, nasty workers and terrible management to run this location.

This is the WORST Walgreens ’ pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with if you need medication in timely manner from qualified staff don’t go here. They like to blame the doctor’s for their lack. It’s not like the doctor isn’t specialized in his field and a tech wants a phone call from the doctor regarding diagnosis. The doctor sends the information they say they didn’t receive it, now the doctor is lying .This has happened multiple times.

This location of Walgreens is not a 24hr pharmacy. Only the retail side is 24hrs.

Omg!!! Nasty service waiting on the pharmacy line for over 30 mntd. I choose to call aa follow up. Becauae i went fisical and the customer service is so horrible and rude in the pharmacy area. Definitely they should close business. This is the no#1 reason why rhey are shutting down bussines. Because thay are useless!!!

Terrible pharmacy that doesn't try to help you and lies to you about prescriptions that the doctor just filled. Terrible slow workers with bad customer service. The lines are so long because they're so slow. I wish this wasn't my closest pharmacy...

Delia Lucio was the most helpful associate I’ve ever met at a Walgreens. She was kind, personable, and as stated before, extremely helpful. As I was in the midst of being lost when printing, she patiently guided me through the entire process while being both professional and personable. I will be a regular customer at this location because of her! Thank you Delia!!!!

I went in for a handful of items from over-the-counter medication’s to a sweet treat or a salty treat. I probably waited between five and 10 minutes in line as there was only one person, managing checkout and managing is the incorrect word of the day. Her name was desire I believe and it was in the early part of mid month March, as I was visiting my mother-in-law and had a tradeshow at the convention center
I grew up down the road from Walgreens headquarters in the northern suburbs of Chicago and I cannot believe what my favorite drugstore has succumbed to in the current environment of drugstores. You guys were the king and I hated those three initials that you competed with for the last several decades , but you’ve lost your way.
This scale was a joke and should have been fired on the spot quite frankly. Took her about five minutes to even recognize. She had a line forming as she was standing under a section of the counter that said photos and engrossed in a conversation with a couple of restaurant folks or whatever who didn’t have a Flippin clue about what they were even talking about. There were boxes blocking her access to the regular registers and she berated me. When I said is there someone else I can check out with with your comment beginning “this is my register or whatever.What the hell is happened to Walgreens? It’s no wonder private equity bought you cheaply and I mean real cheap because you’ve lost your way.

Eric is always super nice and I love how every time I come that he's here, he calls out to me across the store like he's known me for years. Always a fun conversation with him. Hope he makes it to manager one day. His store would be great I already know.
