Horrible customer service. They were incredibly rude to me, tried to limit my supply because they said my doctor didn’t have the right credentials for a full supply. She does. After waiting on hold on the phone, they hung up on me and when I called back, they brushed me off. Even the pharmacist himself was rude to me. Walgreens on Dean Rd was much better.

Dr sent in my rx twice they shared they didn't receive it.I requested to have dr send it once again. When I went back they are going to tell me it was already filled and showed me the screen to prove it only to see that they were talking about the wrong medication. I was in disbelief because they were not listening and they were wrong.
In a separate order I have been trying for a week to get a glucose monitoring system. They are going to let me know after speaking with them that the order for Dexcom G7 is back stock until July. I get a new rx based on their recommendation the libre style 2 - when i go to pick it up they are going to tell me its discontinued after they told me to get it and have the nerve to sell me only the reader without the sensor. Like what ???

Sincerely the worst service for refills. Avoid at all costs. Deserves a class-action lawsuit.

Friendly staff but several I've waited on hold for almost an hour only for the call to drop and have to restart the hold process.

Walgreens used to be an exceptional place to get your pharmaceutical needs now they are absolutely garbage I would rather go to any other pharmacy than Walgreens all my prescriptions of now been transferred to Publix and I am pretty sure we’ll see Walgreens disappearing from our streets within the next five years.
The pharmacy department should be exceptionally ashamed of themselves

Is there anything lower than 1 ?? Time and time again this pharmacy shows frightening ineptitude and lack of proper function. They try and blame doctors office or insurance and that’s not the case. I visit DR early to get prescriptions ordered , common generic drug so no insurance issue and order auto refills… always the same circus with these people. Losing prescription orders , long wait times and then long phone waits when you have to call when they screw something up. Count your pills too! They have actually shorted me the amount it says on bottle. Reading these other reviews it seems to be an ongoing and common issue and not just with me!

Great people!!! I just had Zaina help me with my prescription and she was awesome explaining what each medication does and what caused the problems…. I will definitely come here again to get any medication or health education

would give 0 stars if i could. switch your pharmacy immediately. sat in the drive thru for almost an hour before i was helped. when someone finally came to the window, she lifted her finger at me, grabbed her starbucks, and left.

Worst pharmacy ever.. called - they said my child’s scrip was ready. I get there 15 min later they claim it was put back as ins did not cover it.. that is my choice - come to find out it is covered - 3 hrs now and it is still not ready.. it’s ear drops .. really you had my scrip since 7 am - it’s 530 pm WTH… called still on hold 35 minutes no one ever answered…terrible pharmacy-

Not sure who runs this place, but the pharmacy waiting times just to get through the phone are ridiculous!! I been waiting over a week for my prescription. I rather deal with Walmart at this point. So unprofessional.

This pharmacy is a mess. I spent over an hour on hold on multiple days to be told "we're out of stock," going back and forth with my doctor trying to find an alternative. Meanwhile, THEY HAD THE MEDICATION IN STOCK THE ENTIRE TIME, the employees answering the phone were just too busy or too lazy to check. And by the time my doctor updated the prescription, guess what they are "out of stock" again...still no medicine. That shouldn't be the case when it comes to people's healthcare. Please do better...
