Worst pharmacy ever.. called - they said my child’s scrip was ready. I get there 15 min later they claim it was put back as ins did not cover it.. that is my choice - come to find out it is covered - 3 hrs now and it is still not ready.. it’s ear drops .. really you had my scrip since 7 am - it’s 530 pm WTH… called still on hold 35 minutes no one ever answered…terrible pharmacy-

Not sure who runs this place, but the pharmacy waiting times just to get through the phone are ridiculous!! I been waiting over a week for my prescription. I rather deal with Walmart at this point. So unprofessional.

This pharmacy is a mess. I spent over an hour on hold on multiple days to be told "we're out of stock," going back and forth with my doctor trying to find an alternative. Meanwhile, THEY HAD THE MEDICATION IN STOCK THE ENTIRE TIME, the employees answering the phone were just too busy or too lazy to check. And by the time my doctor updated the prescription, guess what they are "out of stock" again...still no medicine. That shouldn't be the case when it comes to people's healthcare. Please do better...

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I tried to call them multiple times, but they never answered the phone also took me more than 45 minutes and they hang up, It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to get a hold of someone to ask a question or refill a prescription, and they just won't pick up. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a pharmacy that actually answers the phone.

I love the employees here especially in the photo dept.The staff always greets me with love and ask me how I’m doing.They help me with whatever I’m looking for.

Update: 10/20/23I literally paid go have my stuff delivered and it still says pick up...no one ever answers the call operator who transfers says they can't do anything screw this place with every fiber in my bone.I can understand if it's a delay,I understand if I can't get my prescription fast, we're all human.But when I call 4-5x NO ONE picks up. And I have to fight my mental health to leave my house to uber to walgreens just to be told its delayed but didn't wanna tell me this 4 got damn days ago.Wasted my money, and time that could've been solved with a got damn phone call, got damn HATE walgreens.

When Walgreens itself ask you to call local pharmacy for prescription status but then you can hear how whoever picks it up, banging the phone on your face to hung up, so you have to call again to keep holding on the line. That's how you know they are understaffed and how Walgreens mistreats their personnel so bad that they feel free to hung up their customers/patents just because it's the easier way to get rid of them.

Couldn’t take Apple Pay through the drive thru so they made me come inside and wait another 45 minutes to get my medication after my initial wait in the drive thru. They have no urgency.

The people who had a 45 minute wait were lucky. It's probably gotten worse. This place would get shut down if there were any justice in this world.The last time I went I at least got lucky with a polite young man who seemed to be taking it seriously.

Absolutely the worst experienceAt this Walgreens pharmacy.I scheduled two COVID testing, waited for an hour inside the store in a line.... and told to come thru drive thru while finally got our turn inside.Then got to the car, long line at the drive theu....onky one person working at the pharmacy who is taking care of patients needs inside, then over the phone, then drive thru.Absolutely ridiculous!!We couldn't even get the testing done at this location while waited and wasted our time!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! UNPROFESSIONAL UNCARING AND ALWAYS A LONG UNDERSTAFF WAIT! UNCARING machine like service. Excessive call wait times and store wait times. They don't seem to care we are the customers. Corporate Walgreens needs to staff them up being they are by the hospital. I don't get it. Go to Walmart or Publix or CVS Much better. STAY AWAY!

I called in the morning and they told me that my pills would be ready today after 12:00 pm. I came to pick them up at 7:45 pm. They told me that they were not ready for today and that if I went tomorrow and they were not ready, maybe for the next day… ????? I already have 2 days without taking my pills, and they want me to wait 2 more? Hello! They are blood pressure pills!

Used to be very good but now is the worst pharmacy ever. Waiting for a long time on the phone then someone pickup and hung up. Can’t really connect to the pharmacist...They should put the phone away because it’s useless. I came to the store and the pharmacist was extremely rude and did not want to help at all.

The pharmacist was extremely rude. I had asked a question over the phone and even from his initial response he seemed to not care and did not want to talk. It took 15 minutes before someone would pick up then phon. Then when I was asking if there was a medication in stock, he told me that if I am not a provider he will not talk to me or provide me any information and I must have the provider contact them directly. I found this extremely unprofessional considering any other pharmacy would give me the information I needed regarding a medication out of stock at my usual pharmacy. Why would I contact my provider to request a medication when the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock?? Will never try to go here again.

AT CHECKOUT I had 4 items that valued up to $31. When I placed my number. I saw $22 dollars. Then she click something and it went back to $31. Then I wonder if she is not trying to give me the savings on the Walgreens rewards. I asked her about her and she denied everything I've said.This neighborhood employees are extremely sketchy. They will try to say something else when you are the one who is right. They either are trying to take your money by spending more or act a sketchy way and not try to help the customer.
