This store does not care about the customers. 😔There were so many people waiting in line. (I see three )I didn’t see three ,I saw 30. I refuse to continue to shop when I have to wait. I shouldn’t have to wait to pay for my items.😤
Of course, I wanted to speak to the manager, but there was nobody to be found , so frustrating ! I should take my business to a great pharmacy like CVS where you get great one-on-one personal help and assistance.

If I could I would give 0 star .bad customer service. If they give you an estimate time add 1 hour to it or 2 hour . Very unprofessional.

So i go to Floris Car wash very regularly. One of the guys there mentioned needing some sun block . They're out in the sun all day. I drive to this Walgreens to buy some sun block. The price says $8.99 for an 8oz tube. I thought that was already expensive. Meanwhile it rings up for $9.99. I mentioned it was marked at $8.99. The girl walks over and sees it’s clearly marked at $8.99. She starts telling me the store changes prices every 6 months. She was trying to still charge me the extra dollar! Got an attitude , when i was persistent on the clearly marked price. I can see why this store has less than a 3 star rating. Im just trying to help someone out. However, i don’t want to pay extra too do something nice for someone!

I've been here lately and the pharmacy is closed. I know they're not open on Saturdays, but now they're also open on Sundays? And then when you have an illness you have to endure the entire weekend without medication?
Walgreen does not give you the doctor's report and they themselves received it... so many things lately and they make one of many people turn around, no, I'm going to change pharmacies

Don't buy there. When you go to pay, none of the offers apply to you. They steal your money. They say it is because the offer is for a specific product, and it is not true, I read the prices and offers correctly. They lie to you so as not to lower prices.

This is not the first time it happens.My doctor orders a prescription and it takes a couple of days to prepare it afterwardsI call to ask if the prescription is ready and they tell me to come at 6 pm I go the next day at 12 noon and it is not ready, they tell me it will be ready tomorrow, I told them how it is possible if they told me that I would be ready yesterday , this is terrible, surely I will change to publix pharmacy they will fill your prescription in a maximum of half an hour. I already gave them a lot of chancesWhen one calls on the phone they leave you waiting forever, and when they return, they tell you to wait a moment they do it twice and then the phone rings and rings and rings and they hang up, then you have to call again and the same process until they answer, my opinion is that they have no respect for their patients.
