This walgreens has to be one of the worst. They never answer the phone and every time I called they kept saying hold until the phone hung up on me or until the phone starts ringing againg while on hold. When I call back again the same circus. I would not bother with this place if my daughter's prescription wasnt sent to them. They are a JOKE.

The staff in the pharmacy is great but when it comes to higher up’s this location is poor when it comes to quality and speed. I came here 3 times today to pick up Medicine that wasn’t available due to an address issue with the dentist. Then instead of putting priority on my situation I SAT & waited like I didn’t have other things to do! I left and came back a couple times to still not get no help or no resolution. Please PLEASE address this issue with the pharmacy!! People don’t like being given times then have their time wasted! Sharonday was actually great going above and beyond helping me!! I guess aroma had some issue w the systems or anything but we need to fix this ASAP

The worst Walgreens ever! They blame the patient for their incompetence! The app states insurance delay, and they are not communicating properly with the insurance and when confronted they lie and state that the medication was waiting for days for pickup which I know that was not true! They promise to Doordash the medication and forget to give it to the driver! They have no empathy or compassion for elderly patients without transportation and that cannot afford to Uber down there to pick up their prescriptions! 95% of the time I cannot reach a person in the pharmacy because they either let the phone ring or keep putting me back on hold! Medically necessary medications are often out of stock for 3-5 days! They are very rude and unprofessional! Most of the time it is a battle and takes too much time and energy to get our medications filled therefore I will be transferring our prescriptions to CVS from now on!

The pharmacy customer service is absolutely terrible, especially at the drive thru. Rude and I don’t care attitude. They also seem to cover for one another when one makes a mistake.

Unprofessional 0 customer service things are put in the wrong places for the wrong prices , everyone gives you an attitude instead of helping you , I come to this place often because it’s right up the street from my house but I’ve had enough , worst Walgreens ever
