The employees and shift leader here need to be retrained the right way . When did printing a fedex label as a photo become illegal? 😂 they’re all dumb and unprofessional then had the nerve to get rude with me. I ended up going to a Walgreens down the road they did it with no problem!

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THE WAIT TIME IN THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE THE STORE MANAGEMENT IS DUMB I CAME TO THIS LOCATION PICK UP MY HEART MEDICINE THE TECH SAID THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED BECAUSE THE SUB PHARMACIST IS NOT COMING IN I ASKED FOR DISTRICTS MANAGER SHE REFUSED COME OUT AND TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING ABOUT THIS I WAS TOLD HOPEFULLY LATER TODAY OR FRIDAY

If your life depends on your medication. Don’t come here. Theyll be happy to let you waitfor days cancel your prescription and let you die in pain. Even my surgeon was shocked.

So sad && disappointed with the service I received tonight at the drive thru. They were taking 10-15 minutes to assist customers at the drive thru. I waited 45 minutes for 3 cars! Then when it was my turn because it was 7PM they rushed me and said they just received the medication when the Dr sent it at 3PM… they wanted me to come back tomorrow! I ended up going to a different Walgreens like they suggested! we need a better pharmacy in the community because what happen to good customer service?
